Alana nodded when he seemed uncomfortable and she wondered what was wrong. "I can't see how fun it is hanging out and talking to a tree that can't talk back. But if that's fun to you." She smiled and turned towards the path. "I suggest we get back, or you'll never get better. And if you don't go back soon who am I going to visit with get well cards and pins that say silly things?"

Walking back to the path through the tangly undergrowth she turned around and paused for a minute. "Coming?"

He meandered after her, dipping his head in a nod. "Yeah. I'm coming." he covered his mouth, muffling a heavy cough. After he'd coughed, he sped his pace so that he was equal with her. "So, I'm gonna go with you're a nymph?" he asked, giving her a sidelong glance, a small smile on his face. He was curious if she'd be surprised that he knew. Of course, it was just in his nature to observe things, and he always noticed, and knew, more than he let on.

"Basically. Wood nymph." She answered, casting a small surprised look at him. "I come with all the good things, and the bad things. It's great." She replied softly, looking up as they neared the school. "And you, is there a special word for what you can do?" She was genuinely curious, before she had come to Starlight Academy she had known very, very few people with any sort of gift.

He shook his head easily, grinning more at the fact that he had indeed surprised her than anything. "Nope, not that I know of..I'm a teleporter. But the fact that I can teleport objects, some people call me a sumoner, but I'm not sure if I am. I'm pretty sure there's a lot of differences between what I do, and what a summoner does." he shrugged lightly, glancing at her. "Have I lost you yet, or are you still with me?" he smiled a small, little boyish smile, and cocked his head to the side.

"Nope, still here. Believe me, looking through books for weeks to find out stuff about yourself has prepared me for such indepth and confusing answers." She turned to him, green eyes narrowing. "Summoner eh? Wouldn't that make you able to summon different mythical creatures to do your bidding? Nope, I'm not to sure that you qualify as that." Lost in thought for a moment, Alana walked along quietly. "How long have you been at the school?"

He nodded. "You definately do have a good knowledge." was his comment, in which he still sounded a little plugged up. He coughed again. Then he walked with her in silence for a few minutes, completely content not to say anything.

"How long have you been at the school?"

Her question didn't surprise him, and he grinned. "I only started this year, actually. It's ok, but I'm not really learning all that much more than I was before I came here..." he paused, pondering his previous comment, "But then, I had someone with the same ability coaching me through it." he shrugged, holding in another yawn.

"Hmm, must have been nice." Alana muttered darkly, loking up as they approached the seemingly scary buildings. "I still don't know if I like it here. It's different, kinda scary at some times. Way different." She wrinkled her nose, stopping as they neared the doors to the school. "This is as far as I'm going. But you get back inside, you're sick. And try to stay inside now." She smiled a bit, waving a hand and trotting back to the forest to leave him with whatever he was thinking about. She didn't want to go back inside just yet.

Alana had things to do.
