Wanted: Rei's Mom

So my demon Rei needs a mom. At the time of this posting, he has only been on the island for around a month. While on Manta Carlos, he stayed inside mostly but has been trying to get out more, with his first notable appearance being at the Pirate's Feast. Before coming here, he lived a privileged life in Hell with only his mother raising him and his father, Asmodeus, barely being present. Sometimes his mom would take him on camping trips to Earth (while staying very hidden) for bonding and find food, but generally, she left Rei to his own devices so he could become more independent. Still, she loves Rei, and will not allow Rei to run around doing whatever he wants. She is merely more carefree and hands off with her parenting, preferring him to make his own opinions and choices to help advance his maturity. This can make her come off as incompetent. Rei considers her a background character in his life because of this, despite loving her deeply.

I do not have a lot of ideas for her, so other than my general guidelines (which I may update later on), these are all I have planned for. If you have ideas for her or want to change some details, I am willing to hear them out. I am also willing to make a quick, cleaned sketch of her appearance to be used as a reference or ICC icon, though I may just complete the drawing since I dislike posting WIPs that will be used by others. When making the appearance, I would like to collaborate to keep her recognizable as Rei's mother without limiting the player's choice in her looks.

• Named Ita, but she can have a different, more well-known nickname if you insist. Ita could also just be her nickname, though I would prefer if her name was actually Ita
  
  
• Species abilities and physiology should be Rei's but more advanced or with more add-ons (hermaphrodite (since she's a shape-shifter, this could be changed), immortality/regeneration, lust Feed/empowerment, octopus physiology, ink manipulation, shape-shifting, and materialization)
  • If you want to do slight variations of these powers (like having her feed off of lust differently or more powerful shape-shifting) or add more powers, I'm fine with that. As long as it is similar enough to Rei's so their species' abilities are not weirdly mismatched, then you can change things up. I would like to discuss her powers first though
    
    
  • She can have whatever unique powers you want, as Rei himself has not yet developed any unique ones
• Must have a strong hatred for humans and previous bad experiences with them, which is why she raised her son to feel the same way. She does not need to stay like this forever, however. Rei will not. If she is made, there could be a plot where Rei and her start having differing feelings on humans, if she starts hating them less after the move before Rei does, or Rei starts hating them less after the move before she does
