Hey there SA, My Guy Victor has been at Manta Carlos for about 3 or so months now (should try to get that medal) and overall, he's made Friends, he's made money, and overall life has been good to him so far.
Now, What I'm asking is for someone to shake up that peace. Maybe someone that likes picking on Victor, or holds a grudge against him for something. Either way, they need to really dislike Victor.
