•Stands 5'9, athletic build, short blood red hair worn loosely, bright green eyes that glow slightly and have a slightly reptilian look about them. Clothing varies greatly from day to day, from brightly colored shirts and pants to darker variants and even a suit with a dark coat when needed. His back and side have many scars as well as a large one across his chest.
•Stands 7' tall, is covered in bluish-black scales, his back and neck are covered in dark blue fur, walks on four legs, feet are similar to clawed cat paws but more flexible and can grab things, wings are attached to front legs and fold up against them when not in use. His tail, while thin and flexible, also has rows of sharp spines that can be flattened down when not in use. He has a hard and very sharp, gray beak over his jaws as well as sharp rows of fangs within, his eyes vary from yellow to red depending on his mood.

Virgil is overall a bit odd, he's a bit of a grump, with him pretty much always looking grumpy, along with that he's also a smartass, cutting remarks are common though he gives respect where it's desweved, with his remarks being at least somewhat more playful when directed toward family members. He shows very little emotion to most, with his previously stated grump face being his default appearance with any other facial expression being quite small, because of this it's easily mistaken that he has no emotions, this is of course untrue, with him feeling emotions as much as any teenager. At school he's obviously a straight A student with his enhanced intelligence allowing him to keep his grades up, that said he's easily bored and often feels as if he's stagnating if he isn't keeping himself occupied with some sort of activity, whether it be playing chess or taking part in the fencing club, he keeps numerous hobbies. Currently he's unsure what area of study he wishes to focus on and is a bit obsessed with information gathering, becoming a recorder of information he deems valuable. Like most dragons he has a good amount of pride, in his case said pride is based more around his intelligence and ability to out-think othera. While he's deeply loyal to his family he's still a very individualistic person, he does his best to not need the aid of his family wealth unless it's an emergency, he keeps a steady job in order to pay for his things and is rather stubborn about this but will accept help when necessary.
Active:
•Psychic Energy: He can release blasts of psychic energy, he can gauge the energy's strength from killing a small fly up to breaking rock as well as forming the energy into melee weapons, with the weapons being as strong as the finest steel, they vanish if dropped.
•Knowledge Sharing: Via touch he's able to share any knowledge he has with a another person through a temporary psychic link, with knowledge sharing being completely instant. The person he's sharing knowledge with must be willing in order for it to work, otherwise the psychic link won't form, and the other person can also share information while the link is active but Virgil cannot extract any info at all from them unless they allow it.
•Dragon Form: He's able to shift into a dragon form, while in this form he has claws and fangs (plus a sharp beak) with a pair of wings that grant flight, his tail has sharp spines that he can flatten down when not needed. He has the strength and endurance you'd expect of an animal his size.
•Empathy: He's able to sense the general emotions a person within five feet is feeling by focusing on them, as well as detect when said emotions are directed at him. He can only sense the emotions of one person at a time.
Passive:
•Enhanced Intelligence: His intelligence is beyond that of most, compared to a human he'd seem to learn things at four times their rate, with him being able to remember things perfectly as his mind can store things much better than the average mind.
•Mind Shield: He's immune to mind altering auras and magics.
•Enhanced Senses: His senses are greatly enhanced, with him able to track beings via sent, see in the dark and easily hear a whisper from across a room.
•Eternal Life: As a dragon he's biologically immortal, as such he'll stop aging in his twenties and live forever if not killed.
Weaknesses:
•Body Altering Magics: All magics and auras that affects ones physical body affects him twice as much. For example a strength draining aura would drain him twice as fast.
•Over Charge: Because of his mind still being young it's not quite ready to deal with the large amounts of physic energy it has, because of this it causes him some problems. Fifty percent of the time you see Virgil he has a headache or migraine of some degree and once a month he has a terrible migraine that impedes his functions for a day, making his powers shut off for that day, with any attempted use of them causing him pain.
Note: As he has so much psychic energy that telepaths and other beings with mind based abilities may be able to sense it depending on how their powers work.

•As a member of the Drakenhardts he's incredibly wealthy, though he only uses said wealth for emergencies. He keeps a steady job to pay for anything he personally purchases.
•Born and mostly raised in London, England by two members of the wealthy and powerful Drakenhardt clan. He developed fast intelligence wise with his parents having to arrange for several tutors to teach and educate him in order to keep up with his quickly developing mind.
•While he was generally raised in London he got to travel with his archaeologist mother as she worked once he got older, his tutors always accompanying them as they travelled to her dig sites. It's during these trips that Virgil found his love of recording and sorting knowledge, being given copies of some scrolls to start his hoard.
