Titus Elisio

He stands at exactly 6' tall, blue hair and deep blue eyes, has a strong athletic build, usually wears a t-shirt and jeans with a light coat.

Titus is very much like the sea, normally he's calm, with small smile on his face, kind and generous, someone who loving to fighting though he's willing to fight if need be. But if you anger him, which is difficult to do, it's like a storm, a terrifying sight of anger and rage, something no one wants to see. He has a curiosity about him, a shine in his eyes, a desire to see everything the modern world offers, a desire to learn and explore like the legendary heroes of old. Underneath it all, is a sadness, a loneliness, everything he loved and cared about is gone, leaving him feeling alone and out of place in the new world. He questions if he has a purpose in a world that no longer believes in the Olympian gods, and feels anger toward said gods for abandoning mankind, especially toward his father. So, he's a little lost in this new world, but he'll keep going, he'll find his way.

Magic: from a young age he was trained in element am magic, because of who his father is he has a natural affinity for water based magics.

-Water Manipulation: he's able to create and control water, around the amount a common swimming pool holds.
Limits:
1: the water has to be within eyesight though he doesn't have to actually see it
2: if the air is dry and void of moisture he'll be unable to form the water.

-Ice Manipulation: he's able to create and control ice, around the amount a common swimming pool's water if frozen and can form this ice into various shapes.

Weaknes:
Fire: his two forms of magic renders him more vulnerable to fire than normal, if directly exposed to fire magic his magic will deactivate, extremely hot versions of fire such as hell fire or dragon form can become lethal much faster than normal flames.


Language Powers: natural magics he was born with.

-Language Absorption: he can instantly learn to understand and speak any language by absorbing it from people, the people have to be within ten feet. He has to focus, and can only learn one language at a time.

-Aquatic Understanding: he's always able to understand sentient aquatic life, despite what form of communication they use, and they'll always understand him.

Immortality: he's a demigod so he'll stop aging in his twenties and live forever if not killed.

Son of the Sea: he's the son of Poseidon and so was born with certain abilities when in the water.
Water Senses: he's able to see in the water, at its darkest depths it'll be as if he has night vision. His ears are also able to hear by picking up vibrations, its no more powerful than a human's hearing though.
Water Breathing: he's able to breath in the water.
Physical Enhancement: he develops webbed toes and fingers and is able to swim as fast as a dophin.
Temperature Endurance: he's able to deal with any natural occuring temperature in the sea.

Limit: these abilities only work when he's submerged in water
Weaknesses:
Electricity: he's deeply vulnerable to it, shocks are more painful to him and it disrupts his abilities, lightning based magics are particularly dangerous.
Dry Heat: while he can live on land just fine, he can't survive in climates and temperatures void of moisture very long, he'd lose his body's water at twice the rate as a human.

-Atlantis, an island empire that was the envy of the ancient world, successful, powerful and advanced.
-Its patron god was Poseidon, god of the sea.
-In Atlantis there was a woman, a powerful magic user, one day Poseidon visited the city and she caught his eye.
-It wasn't long before she became pregnant with his child, and give birth to a boy, who they named Titus.
-He grew up strong, with a connection to the sea, he spent as much there as on land.
-Atlantis eventually faced a catastrophe and vanished into the sea
-Before the city was fully lost, Titus' mother cast a spell on him, he was encased in enchanted ice to protect him.
-It made him enter and enchanted sleep, and he sunk of the bottom of the ocean.
-Time passed, and the gods of Olympus, along with Atlantis became myth, with the modern world no longer believing they exist.
-Then an underwater exploration team found Titus in his icey tomb. He was pulled into their ship.
-Soon the ice melted, and he awaoke to a very different world. In a panic, he attacked the scientists, but stopped when he realized they were no threat.
-It didn't take long for MC to learn of the reemerged demigod, and he was brought to the island.
-Once there he was informed of the Veil, and he sold the Atlantean artifacts found with him to the museum, making surprisingly wealthy.
-Now he's enrolled in the school and trying to find his way

-Has developed an addiction to tv
-Reads Aquaman comics out of curiosity
-Speaks in an Atalantean accent which is needless to say, unique and exotic sounding
