Manta Carlos Government Moves Forward on Anti-Aura Legislation
The Manta Carlos Government today announced new legislation, aimed at curbing the harmful effect of auras. While many have pointed out that the majority of auras are passive effects, the government has been clear that with an increasing number of crimes being attributed to the effects of auras, some kind of change was necessary.
"We're doing our best to balance the needs of those with auras against the needs of those being affected by auras. But the current situation just can't stand," one government official was quoted as saying. "You have literal children being affected by aggression auras. You have innocent people doing things they'd have never have done without them."
While the full regulations have not been announced, several have proposed mandatory warning indicators for those who have auras who impair other citizens. The full regulations are expected to be announced at the start of May.
Manta Carlos gets new Portal Transport Service
Manta Carlos, frequently the home of extra-planar beings, recently announced the opening of a extra-dimensional transportation service. Manta Carlos Portal Transport Services has now expanded its services to alternate dimensions, timelines, and planes of existence. Common services include various Heavens and Hells, facilitated by Idar, an extra-dimensional God of Portals. The services provided will be free, and operate on a weekly schedule. This service is expected to service all well known and commonly traveled planes, realms, and dimensions, but does not travel elsewhere on earth.
The PTS operates out of the transport plaza in downtown Manta Carlos from 9AM to 9PM all week long.
