Octain fell asleep shortly after. his eyes closed and the next thing he knew. He had a dream. Of him spending a night out with Genesis. It was... beautiful. Them smiling. Enjoying their time out. Laughing and enjoying each others company. Before Octain could seal a kiss with her.. He felt a pain race through his body. his eyes opened wide as his body slowly began to writhe in pain. Words couldn't escape him as his heart was all but in pain. His eyes darting around the room. Trying to figure out what was going on. His body going into a spasm on the bed. Before looking at the shards of the mask on the ground. The mask was reassembling itself. Feeling each piece moving and fixing itself shot Octain in a fit of pain and agony. like feeling someone cutting up your heart just to stitch it back together. He couldn't feel anything but pain. Not the air, not a word he could hear come from his mouth.
He wanted to cry out for help. Call for it. His eyes wouldn't close. He felt like he was on the brink of death. His eyes slowly rolling into the back of his head which is body twitched, turned and kept moving around the bed. His pained expression on his face was futile to hold any words. No sounds. Nothing came out. Only the pain flowing through his body. Starting at his heart. With one last arch of his body he slumped. Octain's heart... had stopped beating. his eyes slowly closed.
Octain laid still for a bit..

Until he gasped for air as heart started up again. Beating fast as if he was scared for a moment as he looked around and sat up. Patting his body as he was confused on what happened. It was as if he had died. Looking around he rubbed his eyes as sat on the edge of his bed. Looking at his hands seeing the mask. Which was shattered. is now full once more as he leaned forward to pick it up. His eyes narrowing at the mask as he sighed lightly.
His heart was still bonded to the mask. He turned it around to look at the back of it. Slowly putting it on his face as he realized he should head to work soon.. Lexi already went to school.
"I... think it is time to tell Genesis how I feel.." When he looked outside the window. The first snowflake fell. Then a few more as he got dressed for the day. Putting on his clothes for the day before going to get his cloak.
