Rman rolled his eyes at Rada. Their argument was now becoming pointless to him. If she wasn't here to stop him then he would continue to raid the fridge like he always did and if she was there he would just ask her to make food like she cooked now. He was ready to drop the argument because it seemed they would both continue to disagree on the subject and it wasn't going to stop Rom from eating. There was also no reason to tell her of his decision to continue his ways. " Fine, Quit arguing about it. I'll stop raiding the fridge if you can quit arguing about it. "He crossed his arms also annoyed that it had bugged her much.

He cracked a smile at her comment. " I'll judge how damn great your cooking is after I eat it. How about that? And then if it's as good as you say it is, I'll dub you the queen. "
Rom was half way joking with her, but she had seemed to enjoy the praise earlier and he prayed it worked this time as well. "I have no doubt that you skills are great but I'll just have to taste it and make sure for myself. "

This time she had him almost chuckling," I don't believe Hell-hounds drool or slobber, If I did I don't think it'd be over the food. " He replied smoothly back to her.
His human nose drifted into the air like a dogs, as he smelled all of the delicious ingredients that were added to the pot. He didn't know exactly what was added, but he nose could pick out each and every smell only to remind him how starving he was in the first place. " I hope this is a cook fast meal, cause I'm not sure how long I can wait just sitting here watching it. "

Rom wasn't surprised when she mentioned Volkov's restaurant. It wasn't surprising to learn she had cooked somewhere else. It was obvious, even to him, that she could own any kitchen that she stood in. " I'd love to stop by but when I said I was extremely poor, I meant it. I have nothing to pay you or trade unless you'd like a raw carcass every once in a while. "
His eyes narrowed and he looked at her again." I'm not sure how well a pack of werewolves would accept a Hell-hound that has no ranking stopping by for a meal. I don't follow a pack. "

The tone of her voice told him that somehow he had made another mistake, " I apologize, How could I have possibly known that females react to your pheromones the same way I do or another male. "
His ears picked up her growls," It doesn't bother me if you like females or males, I was just attempting to say that i'd treat you the same regardless of things you can't control. "
He frowned at her but the smile seemed to return when she said she'd be ready to fight him after she was done cooking.
"You can attempt to fight me, but then the food would be useless for healing me, and me and my bony fingers would just be back for more food. " He grinned while wiggling his fingers in front of her. " On the other hand. I'm sure you could use a reason to let off some steam."

Looks like Rada annoyed Roman to stop bickering about the subject with her, and she sent him a victorious cocky smirk.
"Okay then, if you insist. I'll hold you to that promise."
Rada pointed at him, her nagging had won again. Rada was a master nagger, her brother and father and mother and pretty much anyone near her could vouch for that. And she wielded it like a weapon equal to her claws and fangs.

Rada had no doubt her cooking was going to be good, she had confidence in it just like in many other things.
"Empty praises are worthless anyway, just like titles. I'm no queen, just your plain ol' cook."
Rada said with a slight nod. Rada wasn't fishing for compliments when she said her food was good, it was just a fact.

Whether this guy was flirting or was super dense and stupid, and Rada honestly couldn't pick from either option. And Roman's emotions didn't tell much about that. But anyway he managed to make Rada snort a bit.
"If it's a hound it slobbers, over food or something else."
Rada only answered and her tone told she would accept no other arguments. Though she was mostly joking.
"Would you ask a painting Picasso to hurry up and change the art history? No. So you can wait a bit longer for one of the best meals you'll ever have."

So he really was poor. That really could be a problem, but depending on how well Rada would come to know this guy by the end of this encounter she might or might not offer him a discount.
"Your choice. Our meals are affordable and the menu is on the outside wall for you to check out."
Rada said with a wave of a hand, and she put a lid on top of the pot after mixing it a bit. And after that she added some cream to the meat and added cut carrots and onion and left it to simmer on low heat.
"You think our place is some "Werewolves only" joint? Think again, we don't give a rat's ass what your species is, we all just want a good meal. No one of forcing you to join any packs, much less me."

Perhaps Rada had overreacted a bit to the gender comment, she realized that. But she had heard her gair share or misogynistic comments during her life, so it was another touchy subject. Though Rada wasn't going to start justifying herself to Roman, so she didn't comment on his words, just kept on cooking since the guy was oh, so hungry.
"I don't need to let out any steam for a little punk like you."
Rada scoffed, and gestured at Roman with a wood spoon she was using for mixing flour in together with eggs.

Roman wasn't sure if she had won or not but if it made her happy then he would let her believe. He hoped she got to busy to keep an actual account of this particular fridge, because Roman had every intention of raiding from the fridge again. A smile crept on his face at the thought of racing for food before a certain werewolf caught on to his sent and chased him out. The thought nearly had him chuckling before He remembered he was actually having a conversation and his smile looked positively creepy with no words attached.

" Are you sure you wouldn't rather be the queen of cooking food, or more importantly my food." He joked with her, making sure that she knew he was by sending a wink her way and then chuckling a bit at his own statement. He would never ask her to do his bidding no matter how good the food she was making smelled. He wasn't the kind of guy that thought women belonged in the kitchen and no where else. He would have jumped in the kitchen and made food for her if he had any of her talent, but the most he could do was a bowl of noodles in the microwave. He didn't think that would be any thing she wanted to eat. On the other hand He could hunt for her, but that seemed more like courting. He was pretty sure Rada would see it as him not thinking she could provide for herself and he had no doubt that she could.

She had him fully laughing at the slobbering comment now," First off I'm not a basset hound so I don't go drooling like a domestic dog. "
He stated a little loudly then wiggled his eyebrow at her. " The only way you'll catch me drooling is over a woman, or man as you put it, that deserves my attention." He hoped that made it clearer for her to picture what she had clearly missed in his statement before.
"No I would not ask Picasso to hurry up his art but I'm pretty sure, if I've got my history correct, that the man died before his work was recognized as famous. I would rather not die before I've received my meal from you."

Roman was enjoying his conversation with Rada, sure he had flirted with her a little, but she had spunk that made her almost a worthy opponent as the conversation moved on. She wasn't a pushover and certainly did not behave like her pheromones had suggested. It was becoming more and more obvious that it might be very fun to have a trained fight just to see who fared better in one, but at the very moment she had called him a little punk his smile dropped and he took an involuntary step toward her and took a strong grip on the end of her spoon " Listen up, I'm not some little punk your going to be able to push around and get your way with. I appreciate you making me some food but I'm not one that your werewolf ass gets to call weak or little. If you want we could easily take this outside and see who's the strongest but by the end of it I won't be surprised if we are both injured, and it will ruin a perfectly good conversation before a meal that I was looking forward to. " Rom's anger had flared again and his red eyes took on a flame like quality.

After a few seconds his anger faded and his hand dropped from the wooden spoon while his eyes faded back into the normal red. " I might stop by for some food at the restaurant, if I can make some money here soon. Thank you for the offer." He commented like his anger had never flared and was now under complete control of his emotions once again.

It was already on Rada's mental checklist to make the employees here to put a sturdy lock on the fridge, one that prevented most super powered creatures from opening it without messing up the whole thing and receiving a severe punishment. She would also ask what the precise policy on creatures that had to eat excessively was. Rada didn't know the details, and she was now curious about how it worked.

It was clearer than day now that Roman was flirting, and doing it so painfully Rada wanted to groan. Be his queen? Cook for him? Jesus, it was so ridiculous Rada couldn't even get angry. Besides, Roman had already proved himself to be on the more equal side, so he probably didn't mean that line in a misogynistic way. And Rada didn't pick that up from him either. So she just turned her head and sent the guy a brow raise and a look that spoke volumes of what she thought about that line of his.

So the guy could laugh. Good to know. Rada didn't let herself laugh along with him, but she did have an amused smirk as she listened to Roman speak.
"Why not both? Double the fun, and slobber."
Rada answered, a sworn bisexual and a lover of both genders. And yes, Roman was making it very clear he was drawn to Rada and Rada would've been lying if she said she didn't find Roman attractive. But cooking was serious business for her, as was food and stealing it, so she wasn't about to flirt back in this situation.
"But seems like you've got your metaphors wrong. Since in this scenario the one to die would be me."
Rada answered with a snort.

Rada had reckoned Roman had a temper, but when it suddenly flared Rada was surprised how quick it was. Surprised, but not intimidated. So she looked into his fire-filled eyes, and her own eyes turned more wolf-like as an answer. Her mouth slowly pulled into a small smile, that showed her canines a bit.
"If you were easy to push around I'd be disappointed. But then again it is a bit disappointing you get so riled up over some harmless name-calling."
Rada's tone was amused, but her pheromones turned stronger for a moment, which showed that she still had her temper and it was ready to flare just as quickly as Roman's. If he had fire in his eyes it'd be reflected in Rada's, as her eyes became more predatory.
"Now, hands off my tool of trade."

But Roman's anger was quicker to fade than Rada's, and even after he let go and stepped back Rada's eyes remained challenging, and she didn't turn her back to Roman. She was starting to wonder if she had been stupid to do that for even a moment.
"Sure."
Rada said, looked at the wooden spoon, looked at the bowl, and tossed the spoon into the sink. No use using that anymore, and the batter was ready anyway.

Rada lifted the lid on the pot, the stew had started smelling about ready. The meat cream sauce was also starting to get a nice colour to it, and Rada threw some buns she had rolled with quick efficient movements into the oven. Those would take longer, but Rada was planning on taking them home anyway.
