<div align=center>A third party training facility? Now that was an interesting little thought, she was going to have to check it out and try to figure out how things worked! It was going to be fun to experiment with and she could not wait to see what sort of programmes she could create or manipulate into serving her purposes, the other uses also opened up avenues of research and play, using them as guinea pigs could most definitely be fun!

But as she looked about the gymnasium in curiosity and wonder she knew things weren't going to be so easy, as Aurora explained about the island, its purpose and its view in the eyes of those in the world outside who knew of its existence she couldn't help but lift an eyebrow. Sure, they might not have been prisoners per se, but her mind immediately leapt to a perhaps a better analogy, a leper colony, a place where they would be squirrelled away from prying eyes so they wouldn't be underfoot, a way to keep them out of sight so they didn't have to think about the supernatural beings, or break the status quo that kept them in power.

Perhaps she was just a cynic, but Naamah could only believe, at least for now, that this island existed not for the sake of the students, not for the sake of the supernaturals living here, but for the sake of the sanity and the status quo that existed beyond its shores. After all if a supernatural being got elected into government and decided to change the world how could they be stopped? If the very existence of beings that were simply 'more' than human ever got out the world would have to be thrown into chaos for a new order to emerge.

And for a moment Naamah couldn't help but picture that chaos, the thought sent shivers down her spine and made her heart beat faster, if she knew human nature it was only a matter of time before either humans decided to solve the problem in a more permanent way and the supernaturals had to fight back, or a supernatural grew tired of having to live in secret and presented themselves to the world.

"A cage with gilded bars and a false freedom is still a cage"

She spoke the words almost under her breath, but if Aurora was paying attention she would hear the new students little muttering, but the moment passed and Naamah returned to her usual broad smile.

"Hrrrm, then I guess I'll need to check out the other facility a little later, it sounds like a lot of fun! But I suppose I'll find my way around the normal classes easily enough, if we're moving on perhaps you could show me if the school has a pool? I'm a big fan of swimming and soaking in hotpools, it's one of my favourite ways to relax, I doubt the school has hotpools on campus though"

And she gave a light laugh at that, if they did this would most assuredly be the best school on the face of the planet! At least in her eyes, it would offer a way to relax and unwind, but something told her she was going to be right out of luck.

"Other than that I suppose the dorms would be a good stop too, plus are the dorms just a single room or do we have to share with others?"

Her curiosity was back and in full swing! If they had to share their rooms with others it would provide one set of benefits, it could give her roommates and force her to interact with people, but if they had a room to themselves that also left her a good many fun options. The rules for the dorms she would have to find out, after all she didn't want herself getting into trouble now did she?

"Oh and um, are the girls and boys dorms separated or do we share?"</div>

"At least it's a reasonably large cage, and one that could be left if necessary. I think the arrangement works reasonably well. Supernaturals could with most of our abilities, be classified as extremely dangerous weapons. As such, anyone is allowed to leave the island as they wish...but of course, make sure you go concealed carry with your gifts. I believe the island has our best interests at heart, if its any consolation."

And maybe it wouldn't be. Some people did find this place a prison of sorts, but Aurora had never seen it as such. Of course that didn't stop people from trying to tear down their perceived holdings in the most violent manner possible sometimes; but so far, nothing too critical on that front. There was a bit of a grin on Aurora's face.

"What's a world-class supernatural academy without a pool?"

The mage walked through the gym, and through another door into the back. Locker rooms, showers, and other facilities dotted this area, segregated by gender of course...along with other rooms for the less gender-inclined. This staging area connected directly to the schools swimming and diving pools.

"We got these, and often some of the pyromancers will purposely heat the diving pool into something resembling what you're looking for. I don't think it's allowed but uh...well, I'm not the teacher, so I won't judge."

Frankly, Aurora would enjoy the same things if she wasn't so bloody busy all the time.

"Anyways, you share a flat with the others. Private or with a roommate, but with a communal kitchen and the likes with beings of all sorts. I don't think we separate by gender since frankly, we get androids, aliens, other species...it's hard to keep track."

Aurora had suspicions on why that last question was asked, but of course...don't ask, don't tell. Not her problem. At least not yet anyways.

<div align=center>She could not help but smile as she followed the teacher with a spring in her step! The confirmation that they did indeed have a pool was just the news she had been hoping for! A place for her to relax, to swim and to enjoy the freedom that came with being immersed in water, supported and buoyed by it, it was the closest she had ever come to flying so far!

The sheer number of changing rooms and their diversity brought a small chuckle from the diminutive demoness though, she was curious about why there were so many, but it was a question soon to be answered by Aurora, aliens, androids and other species? That was amazing and she couldn't wait to meet such a diverse group of beings!

And it seemed she would also have to make friends with some of the Pyromancers, as Aurora said it wasn't something they were supposed to do but shrugged it off she could not help but laugh that light, sweet laugh that seemed to come so easily to her.

"You are an awesome teacher miss Aurora, I can't wait to see how you lead your lessons"

After all she had been so pleasant in her tour of the campus, she had shown a lack of concern when it came to bending the rules, as long as she wasn't the one responsible! Naamah could not help but wonder just how far the rules in the academy could be bent and stretched. Only time would tell.

"A flat with others? That sounds like it could be a great deal of fun miss Aurora, although learning to fit in with others is going to be one heck of a new lesson for me"

After all the only people she had lived with for any period of time had been her mother and the gang she hung around with and her 'father' she had never really had to adapt to different people and the ways they acted, their drives and their little habits, she didn't know if she was cut out to be the welcoming and accommodating type, she was far too used to getting her own way after all!

But for the time being it seemed that her curiosity had been sated, she had identified the places that she needed to memorize, the places she expected to be spending a lot of her time, however there was only one last question she had for Aurora. One that could perhaps be taken the wrong way but was something she needed to know, while lessons and what the teachers had to show was important she knew there would be times she would have to sneak off for some... Self training.

"I think that's almost everything I need to know miss Aurora, there is just one more question, can you show me any places on the campus that students aren't allowed to go? Any dangerous places or off limits places, I'm sure that a school for supernatural beings has some place where problems have cropped up or dangerous creatures have come to live, I'll need to know where these places are if I hope to avoid them while exploring"

Would Aurora show her any such places? Would she believe that Naamah just wanted to be prepared so she could avoid those areas or would she be a little more on guard? After all, how many people asked about dangerous places in their first tour around the campus?</div>

"If you take music courses here, you're more likely to have an assistant lecturer or conductor do more of the basic stuff. I couldn't possibly teach every course that the division has to offer. Thankfully, my students get to be some of the best. It makes them good teachers as well."

And gave Aurora time to work on some personal projects as well. The museum was looking a little bit dusty, and it was high time that she got back to the project before the entire place well, turned to dust. The librarians were probably not happy with that, but teaching of course had come first.

"You'll learn to fit in quite fine most likely. There's definitely enough privacy in the flats that you could pretty much disappear if you wanted, coming out to only eat; but that's boring. Don't worry if you don't fit, it takes awhile...sometimes forever."

Some of the beings that inhabited the school were simply so far out there that they never did quite intertwine with the rest of the student and teacher populous. But that was quite alright, they didn't need to.

The last question however was quite a strange one. Most students did not ask about restricted places in such a casual manner, and given Aurora's current interpretation of Naamah, might think she had some minor ulterior motives. Once again however, Aurora simply didn't care, so long as no one died as a result of a student's actions in those areas.

"The school itself is pretty well taken care of as far as dangerous places. The occasional rift pops up and makes a mess, or large spider webs appear without any real reason. Weird stuff like that. As always, stay out of places that just seem bad or are marked off, the usual rules. As for explicitly dangerous places, there's a place off campus they actually call "The Forbidden Forest." It's not actually forbidden, but the place is extremely dangerous and more than one student, and professor, has perished by going through there. It's best to just avoid it. Other than that, if you wish to explore by yourself, please feel free. My offices are in the auditorium and 4th floor of the library should you need me."

<div align=center>The forbidden forest? It sounded like just what she was looking for, isolation and privacy to train herself out of the watchful eyes of the teachers and the prying eyes of other students, if it were rife with dangerous creatures and mystic anomalies so much the better, but she was not the sort to take such a dangerous place lightly.

For the time being though she suspected that she knew enough to manage, and she had Aurora to thank for the little tour around the campus, her eyes danced as she plotted and planned, but this was only the beginning of her story on the island, this was only the opening act as she learnt about the place that was to become her home, her lair and her training grounds.

"Thank you miss Aurora for your time and your patience, I'll remember where to find you and I can't wait to see what I learn at this academy, I don't know where my abilities will take me but I can't wait to find out"

She smiled again, that bright and happy smile as she looked to the teacher, turning to offer her hand and a little wink to the woman, she knew now how to get started in these new surroundings, she had a home and a way to improve her skills beyond her current limitations, this was what she had been missing, ever since her 'father' had disappeared. A purpose, and a way to push forward.

"If you ever need an extra hand as well miss, please feel free to ask, it might sound a little bit silly, but I'm sure from time to time you need an extra hand or two as well, but for now I should probably get settled in and find out what classes I have"

It was time, now that her farewells were out of the way she would wait to see if Aurora had any further advice, any further ideas of things she should see around the school before making her way towards the Dorms with a farewell wave back towards the teacher, her new life was beginning now and she didn't know where it was going to lead, all she knew was that she was going to enjoy every moment in finding out what lay before her.</div>
