Altizica waited patiently for his date tonight. He had met her online and talked to her for the past couple days before they agreed on meeting here. The place they were supposed to meet tonight was diner of sorts and while it wasn’t a trashy place it certainly wasn’t were most people would go on a first date.

Altizica was about as far as one could get from ‘most people’ however and thought that anyone that wanted to go on a date with him should get to know the complete him rather than some facade to please them. Honestly Alt didn’t really know what to think about this date. The decision to date was just a spur of the moment thing that Alt didn’t even think of much until after he had already submitted his online dating profile.

Adelaida didn't think much of the date's place. Sure, it wasn't ideal, but it was a place to eat. The bar wasn't all that high for her; as long as she was amused, then this random date was a success.

She'd barely bothered to dress up as well. If they were going to be here, of all places, then at most, she was going to be casual.

She looked around for a while, scanning for her date, and at the same time looking for backup plans in case this was a bust.

Survey done, she walked up to Altizica, hands in her hoodie's pockets, and an amused smile on her face.

"Not much of a first date place... bold choice on your part. Let's see if it pans out, mister date," Adelaida said, clapping the man on the shoulder.

Altizica gave a wide, inhuman smile as Adelaida approached the table he was at. He merely laughed off her comment and got up to slide out a chair for her. “Don’t feel like pretending to be some fancy, high-class snuck. A date should have the ‘true Altizica experience.” Alt laughed again. “But please, just call me Alt. It’s short and sweet.” Alt had definitely chosen this place for a few other reasons though, but if they would actually come into play was yet to be seen.

"Adelaida. Nice to meet you, I guess? We'll see how nice it actually is but I appreciate the honesty. Extra credit to you."

Adelaida stepped inside first, picking up a window seat. The inside of this place was nothing fancy, nothing of particular interest. Even the menu was simple fare, and not the kind of simple fare that was worth praise. It was, by all accounts, exceedingly average.

Maybe this date would be exceedingly average as well.

"So. You actually thinking something's happening here today, or were you just bored? No wrong answers, mind you."
