He stands at 6 feet, has an athletic strong build for his age, black hair of medium length, emerald green eyes, normally wears a gray and white shirt and jeans.

Talion is a friendly and hopeful person. He tries to see the best in people, stubbornly so at times, he just believes everyone has some good in them and that people should try to find it, this could often be considered a positive but his stubbornness can be a problem. He has a deep desire to help people, as if its his biological purpose, his powers are even based around it, he looks at the world and tries to think how to make it a better place, unfortunately this causes him to care more about others than himself, he'll often put others first, even if its, at times, harmful to himself. Despite this he's a still a teenager, loves video games, comic books, junk food, hanging out with friends, and like any teenager will occasionally make stupid mistakes and get into trouble, as it stands he's never dated and will blush and get embarrassed if flirted with.

Nullification Bracelet: This nullification bracelet naturally disables all of a characters active abilities, and any outwardly projecting passive abilities (such as auras). This bracelet can be taken on and off at will.

Active:
Choice of Immortality: As it stands he'll stop aging in his twenties, but once he turns twenty he'll be able to chose whether or not to remain immortal or become mortal again.
Wings: He has a pair of black angel wings that grant him flight and he can make them vanish and appear as needed.
Psychological/Emotional Healing: Talion has a healing power focused on the mind and emotions. Its not instant and can take time, but it does tend to work faster than other methods.
Temporary Relief: His presence brings minor relief to psychological/emotional problems, the person just feels a bit better. Its affects immediately fade when Talion or the person leaves.
-Addiction: It's possible through continuous exposure for a person to become addicted to Talion's presence. The speed the addiction appears and severity of it depends on the character.
-Addiction Reflection: If a person Talion is healing becomes addicted to him, its possible for Talion to pick up a reflected addiction in which Talion develops an addiction to the persons presence.
Note: The two forms of addiction above are likely to become worse if Talion and the other person are physically intimate.

How long it takes depends the severity of the damage, the treatment could take anywhere from weeks to months.
Treatment: He can sense that a person is suffering from mental/emotional damage illness if the person is within ten feet, he cannot tell what kind it is but he does have a general sense to the severity. When Talion heals psychological/emotional damage, he links his mind to there's. In a way, its like direct therapy on the mind. He enters their mind to directly fight the problems and heal the damage. To Talion, its like entering an actual world, the landscape of the person's mind will be different for each person and their issues will often take various forms to fight off Talion's attempt at healing. In these scenarios weapons, representing Talion's power, will appear for Talion to use, usually mele weapons, but sometimes firearms.
Limits:
As it stands he can only remain in the person's mind for two hours at a time.
The "patient" need to be within ten feet of Talion, if one or the other leaves that range then the link is broken.
-When treating a patient Talion is in a state of semi unconsciousness. His mind is still aware of certain things happening to his body, but he'd be unlikely to return to his body long enough to react to anything. So his body is vulnerable to attack.
-Increased Mental Hostility: While he can use the power without the other person knowing, a mind that hasn't given permission to enter is hostile and more difficult to treat, as the mind's normal defenses will also be targeting Talion as well as the issues/damage. The form these mental defenses take vary from person to person. The strength of the defenses will vary from person to person and will depend on the strength of their will and mind.
-Mental Whiplash: While Talion can't die fighting his patients' damage, it can cause him mental whiplash if his mental avatar "dies." He'll feel extreme mental pain and will be unable to use this power for two days.
-Exhaustion: Because of the strain of the treatment, both parties will likely be mentally and emotionally drained, leaving them more vulnerable to telepathy and other forms of mental attack.
-Damage Absorption: Helping others has a negative affect on Talion, every time he helps a person, he takes on a bit of the psychological/emotional damage he's healing. For example if helps someone suffering from an addiction, he might find himself craving for whatever that person was addicted to, or he might suddenly start having recurring nightmares if he helps someone with PTSD. The damage absorbed increases the more he helps a person, its possible, though unlikely, for him to take on the full burden of the damage if he's not careful.

Passive:
-Death Immunity: If killed he'll spend a weak in heaven healing and return. His respawn point has been permanently fixed on Manta Carlos.
-Limit: If he chooses to become mortal again, then old age will permanently kill him.
-Emotional/Mind Shield: He's completely immune to mind and emotion altering auras.
-Because of his immunity to emotion/mind altering auras, auras affecting people physically are more effective than they normally would be.

He's living off of a school scholarship with a part time job.

-Talion was born Adam Richardson in England, a human, with no powers, a normal human.
-He never knew his father, his parents weren't married and his dad ran off before he was even born.
-So he grew up being raised by a single mother, she struggled both with raising him and with a continuing battle with mental illnesses.
-She did love Adam, but she was often distant, as if she had her mind on other things.
-Adam became aware of his mother's issues as he got older, despite still being young he did his best to help her.
-Once he reached the age twelve the abuse started, beatings as well as mental abuse.
-It went on for a year, in which he tried to help his mom, he prayed for her to receive help, on the while he was uncertain what to do.
-Then it all came to an end when he was thirteen, he doesn't really remember how it happened, they'd argued and the next thing he knew his mom had a knife.
-In his last moments he saw her, weeping at what she'd done, so much regret and pain in her eyes.
-Then he faded into darkness and then he saw it, light, he felt it, warmth, he was welcomed into heaven.
-In heaven he was made an angel and put under the mentorship of a healer, so for three years he lived in paradise.
-Then, he decided he wanted to go back. He wanted to return to Earth, to help people, to help his mom.
-He was granted this wish, under the condition that he live on Manta Carlos until he reached adulthood.
-So he appeared on the island, and so his mission began.
