Everything has been so... surreal for Iesha as of late. School work, keeping up with friends, and the wedding of course... Iesha can't help but feel a little overwhelmed while moving into their new home. Iesha wasn't sure why they needed to move... their apartment was large enough for the three of them and their new home was... big. Really big. So big that it felt intimidating for Iesha because there was just too much space. Even her new room felt too big for her... she has no idea what to fill the big empty space with. Instead she just piles up what little belongings she does have in the center of the room, all of which was packed in four carboard boxes. It was mostly clothes, puzzles and toys... all of which she can't really put away until some furniture is moved inside.

Iesha lets out a sigh, as she turns around and opens the door out of her new room. She peeks her head out the doorway, looking both ways. She was hoping to find Narraine but as she looked out she saw Roldan instead just outside.

"O-oh! R-r-rolldan. Ummm..." stammered Iesha, not expecting Roldan being just outside of her door "... umm... all of m-my boxessss are in my room. Ssso... ummm... w-wasss there.... a-anything t-that I can... do?" offered Iesha, wanting to be helpful to Roldan. Thought it took some time for her to get used to Roldan as she did with Narraine, Iesha has come to trust Roldan as the fatherly figure she never had. Even if he was dragon, that fact never really bothered Iesha as she found them to be gentler creatures than her stories perceive dragons to be.

Roldan pushed the couch into place in the living room. It, like everything about the house, was big. Large rooms, high ceilings, wide hallways. Under-floor heating throughout the house so it never got too cold for the sensitive reptilian women living there. Even the dining room table was low to the ground and made so the family could sit on cushions on the floor rather than bother with chairs.

Roldan had, admittedly, used up s major chunk of his hoard having this house renovated to meet the specifications and have it done quickly. It had barely been a month after all between him asking Narraine to marry him and the wedding. He wanted to make sure everything was perfect.

He wiped his brow and took a step back. It was nearly perfect. They still had some furniture to move in but by tomorrow at the latest the house would be furnished.
He paused when he heard a small voice chime in from one side of the room. Iesha. Turning with a smile, Roldan brushed his hair back out of his face.

"Oh you got everything moved in? I think we've got everything more or less set up in here. The other moving truck should be here in an hour or so, so not much to do until then."

He paused, thinking. Iesha was a quiet girl, and he rarely got a chance to talk to her by herself. Least of all with her approaching him. So he figured maybe he should take the time to enjoy this one-on-one time.
"You wanna get a drink of water, maybe test out the new couch? It's supposed to be strong enough that you, me, and Narraine can sit on it together."

"We can talk, if you want. Or we can just relax."

"O-ohh... o-okay..." sighed Iesha upon being told that there was nothing for her to do, at least for now. She was about to resign herself to her new mostly empty bed when Roldan spoke up once more.

"M-mrhhmm...?" Iesha takes a moment to consider... staying silent for several seconds longer than is necessary until she thought out her reply. While Roldan suggested that they could talk... Iesha wasn't sure what to talk about. About the house? What if she came off as nagging? Prehaps ask if her friends were welcomed? Maybe too rude to ask. The more she tried to think of something the say, the more uncertain she became on what to converse about. Instead of trying to come up with a topic, she looks to Roldan decides to just acknowledge his suggestions.

"Ummm... I'm... I'm not t-thirsty... b-but... w-we can sssit. A-and t-talk too... yess... o-or re-relax... w-we can do those." responded Iesha, looking a little unsure as she closes her hands together and stares up to Roldan with a blank expression.
