Marking the one year anniversary of the opening of the Starlight Observation Station, the second annual SPACEcon boasts to be an even bigger event than the first.
Make your way up via teleporter to the Station to enjoy a weekend of intergalactic cultural exchange, fun events and panels, and load up on all that sweet alien swag. For Starlight Academy students, don't forget to sign up for classes that are out of this world! Only available on the Starlight Observation Station!
New for SPACEcon 2017 is the Virtual Convention Center. A revolutionary concept utilizing the station's very own VR gaming system, the VCC allows the convention to be even larger without taking up more physical space. Enjoy a digital space filled with instanced concerts, panels, and games. These events start when you enter them, so you never have to choose between one panel or another. Guests will only be allowed to stay in the VR for two hour intervals, with mandatory two hour wait between reentry.
You can join the main Event thread here. From midnight on September 22 until 11:59p September 24, ICC will be canon for the convention. You can post open threads for the convention here to let other people join them. Be sure to tag your event threads with SPACEcon.
