Joshua had just arrived to the Manta Carlos islands and well, he had been cooped up in his room for far too long now. He was dressed in his usual white and black clothes. Joshua was rather handsome, but not girlish at all, that would have been quite ironic since he despised women. He had two sheaths strapped to his thighs, each housing a dagger nearly as long as his forarm. Only for self defence mind you. After the encounter with another of those blades, he had decided to be able to defend himself against them. He still had scars from that blow his mother had given him before she had killed his sister. He clenched his fist over his heart at those thoughts, small scars running on his hands from where he had gripped the knife aimed for his heart. It had missed by a breath and he had been unconscious for days after that. He had accepted to meet the blow to protect his sister, but in the end, he had failed. He reached a small clearing in the forest and he looked up to feel the sun rays against his skin, rays that he would never see. Frustrated, he took out one of his daggers and threw it on a tree where it cut through to the hilt. Sighting, he went to retrieve it from the hard wood.

(Sorry, I had misplaced this thread. Xd)

Joshua hadn't been paying attention at all or her would have noticed the young person hiding in the trees. He had narrowed his sight down a lot not to be bothered. Thus, the gasp took him by surprise quite a bit. He would have jumped had it not been slightly masculine. He had a profound fear of women, young girls he could handle, but it got worse with how old the women got. With a mother like his, it was a wonder he was not worse off than he was at the moment. He turned towards the sound, continueing where his blade had sunk into the tree, he looked behind the tree and came face to face with a young effeminated looking man, or was it a slightly masculine woman, he wasn't sure. Even his heightened sense of smell couldn't make sense of it. Was he a woman or a man, he wasn't sure. Long silky looking red hair and a pair of expressive light blue eyes, not that he could see it. He could see curly hair and no detail about the person's eyes. He tilted his head to the side, intrigued.

''Hi.'' He said, sheathing the dagger he had still been holding.
