"... and with that class we've come to the end of the lab today." Trent said with a smile to the auditorium style room full of students as the bell rang and most of them were already beginning to get up and leave. In all honesty the genetic divergence of the Bulette and other subterranean races wasn't the most inspiring classes he taught. Unlike the Rust Monster and when he had brought in a still beating dragon's heart after several decades of decay. But he did have to teach all of his students all he could about the multiple dimensions and their potential hazards if any of them felt like hopping around.
Taking the chance while the Chaos of the students leaving his class he spoke up over the small roar of sound. "Don't forget to submit this weeks home work before Friday's class is over. I do not accept late work." There was the general sound of acknowledgement as he sat down finally at his desk looking over a planner he had out as he looked over what he was going to need for his next class.
It wasn't until most of the class was already out when he glanced up at the one figure that was still sitting at one of the desks. He raised a hand and motioned for them to join him at his desk while he wrote down that he should go hunt down a wyvern corpse and maybe drag it in and see how the class took the dissection. Finding one that was small enough to fit into the room while still being large enough for all the class to observe would be difficult.
When the person stood in front of his desk he looked up, taking off his glasses and placing them on the paper in front of him. He gave this person a small almost fatherly smile as he spoke in his clear voice. "And who might you be Miss? I do believe you are not one of my students, or at least I wasn't informed that I was getting a new student. Who might you be?"
