The bus lurched as it finally arrived to their destination. Bout time, it took the bus 10 minutes longer than it was suppose to but whatever they were here now. Nyota raised from her seat and stretched her arms and legs while she was up. Now that classes were over for the day, she had changed out of her school uniform and into more comfortable attire that consisted of some jeans and white t-shirt. Over her read t-shirt was a cool grey hoodie with an outline image of Spock doing the Vulcan greeting on the back of the hoodie. Below the image reads "Live Long and Prosper".

"Alright dorks, here we are in the city." announced Nyota as she steps off the bus and looks to her two roommates who are just now stepping off the bus as well.

"Like said earlier, I've only been in the city a couple of times but seeing at this is the first time for the both of you... I suppose that makes me the expert for once. So waits the plan... did you want to see something in particular or just wander about until we stumble into something interesting?" asked Nyota as she gave alternating glances between Klef and Castiel.

Finally. Castiel thought as he stepped off the bus. How long did it take to get to the city from the dorms?! You’d think it’d be faster with all the magic being cast on literally everything. He breathed in the musky air. A small gust of winter wind blew past the three roommates as they stood on the curb. He put his hands into the hands of the same hoodie he’d been wearing since the morning. He took in the city for a moment.

It really was amazing. Even the smell of the place was different and mysterious. He could’ve mistaken it for a regular city, if not for the fact that there was a grocer that stated it was carrying human meat and the centaur pacing down the street at a leisurely pace. He was really going to have a hard time getting used to all this.

“I was actually wondering if they had any music shops,” Castiel told Nyota. He’d had the urge to take up the ukulele fairly recently but didn’t have space in his luggage to take one here. He had planned on buying one in the city, but who knew if they had regular shops? And Castiel was fairly certain that Amazon didn’t ship to Mante Carlos.[/align]

Klef could hardly contain their excitement stepping off the stuffy bus. Though the trip over was a tad longer than expected, the twenty minutes spent cramped in a bus turned out to be well worth the hassle. From the lit up billboards advertising magical swords to the diverse crowds full of goblins, centaurs and extraterrestrials, Mante Carlos looked exactly how they imagined. Oddly enough, the magic filled Mante Carlos had a layout no different from the rest of the cities they traveled through, save for a few extra hidden alleys. A grin met their face. For the first time in a while, Klef was surrounded by people like them.

Klef looked at both of their roommates before back at the city streets, resisting the urge to track the auras of passerbys. “ I’m down for that! I wonder if the instruments here are magical too?” Klef queried. “ I mean, how cool would it be if a recorder could cast spells too?”

“ If we’re all ok with going to a music shop, I can try finding one nearby.” Klef offered. “There has to be at least half a dozen in a city this big.”

Nyota raised an eyebrow at the mention of them going to to a music store. Music wasn't exactly her forte but she can't really think of good reason to refuse Castiel's suggestion either.

"Music shops? I'm... pretty sure there are some around but I would have no idea where they might be. I'm sure we will come across one so long as we keep walking about. I wouldn't be surprised if they sold magical self playing musical instruments to be honest." commented Nyota.

She took a moment to orientate herself, trying to guess where they would need to walk to reach the closest music shop. As a pale man with black eyes wearing khakis and a tie dye shirt passed by, Nyota figured she might as well ask for directions so that the are not walking completely blind.

"Yo! You in the tie-die shirt?" she called out, the man turned with a confused expression on their face "Do you know where the closest store that sells musical instruments"

The pale man blinks, then smiles as he points down the sidewalk.

"Aye, several blocks down that way miss. They have all sorts of instruments out on display on the store front so you can't miss it." replied the pale man in tie die.

"Cool, alright you heard the man dorks... just follow me this way." commanded Nyota as she beckoned them to follow her with her right hand.
