Anala's ears twitched and her tail flicked as she walked down the hallway of the dorm, it had taken some effort to get passed the lounge and its crowd. Sighing she looked at the key in her hand and tried the lock on her door, stepping in she felt strange, it would be new to be confined in walls, up until just recently she had been living in a forest. There aren't walls there....not like this at least... It was true that some rocks did act as walls, but they were never like this, never a box. "Well this could take some getting used to..." She said out loud to herself trying to calm her nerves. Life in a box, it hardly sounds like fun to me... She thought.
With that she laid her small burlap bag on the floor next to a bed on the right, taking her shoes off and placing them beside the bed, she poked the matress tentitivly. Sighing she sat on it carefully, and poked at the pillow, sighing again she pulled the blankets off the bed and laid them on the floor under the window, placing the pillow on top of the pile. Laying down on the floor, in her pile of fabric, she curled up with her head on the pillow, and pulled some of the sheets over herself. Perhaps I'll try the bed in a few days. She thought, but it was still a strange feeling to not have to be aware of her surroundings, for now she would worry about only addapting to a few things at a time, and the bed was just too foriegn for her. Closing her eyes she relaxed into sleep.
