Alex had invited her to spend some time with him outside the city, and wanting to explore where their relationship will lead them, Valerie went along with him. They would be alone here, and that sort of scared her. Because... if she screwed up and he left her there, she wouldn't know what to do. She had already nearly caused a crack in their relationship after she got drunk and become too curious. The worse part about that was it was all her fault. She had doubted herself and Alex then, and she felt bad for doing so, which worried the werewolf.
However, she had already decided to forget that because it would only sour her mood and Alex might think that she didn't like spending time with him which was untrue. She loved spending time with him, and she hoped that he felt the same way, even after what she had done.
With the success of her father's surprise breakfast in bed, her mood had significantly improved. She was back to her perky self. She gawked at the place Alex had rented and took off to quickly look around the place, marveling at how homey it looked.
Valerie nodded to him.
"I want to share a room!" she exclaimed. She didn't want to be alone in her room when she didn't know what was out here. It was a new place, and she always felt more comfortable with someone close by. She'd probably end up knocking on his door in the middle of the night because she heard something outside.
"Swimming sounds fun! So does the hot tub! I wanna try the hot tub first!"
