Can take away someone's abilities and use them as his own. IE. He can take away a pyrokinetic ability and use it himself but has little to no clue on how to use it.

Biography: He lived a normal life as a prodigy, free of the weirdness that is Starlight Academy, until one day he accidentally Stumbled upon a dying mage. Rather than help him, Reece, sensed their great power and ran away. Since then, he became more aware of the Abilities his classmates had.
One day, he received a letter telling him about SA, and he decided to learn more about the wonders of the world he lived in, and what powers the residents of Manta Carlos have.
