Caecillian
The sisters - Caecillian and I'd prefer something long, like Amaecillia, for her sister. They're twins, test tube bioterrorists who do not know they're biowarfare weapons. They're 669 years old; having been sent back in time to the 1300's so that Caecillian could set off the Black Plague, which is her specific disease. Her sister has Typhoid.
They're Russian, with no other known origins. Everything about them is classified - hence them only knowing their names.
