So I've been thinking about this for a while. A recent step in Eli's Character step is him unlocking some of his memories. What I've had planned is him meeting a telepath, but after a recent surge of inspiration, I now think he and various others work together to create an object that either restores memory or display a Character History. Being just prototypes, they won't show everything, but just enough to make him wonder.
