Pretty things? Why Ravina could do pretty things! Normally, her mam wouldn't want her to go off giving people gifts, but this wasn't Underhill, and this was an exchange, which meant no one owed anyone a favor.
With the help of her mam and mama, Ravina picked up seashells and other sea-themed things because they were her favorite. She took to crafting a large wooden box to hold jewelry or other knick-knacks. It was adorned with sand and seashells, paper mache and carvings. All in all, the gift had taken a long time, but Ravina was more than proud of it once she had finished.
She'd decided to meet this boy at the school's courtyard, near a little cafe where the warmth of the inside could waft out and keep them company along with the chatter of patrons. Distant enough not to be interrupted while giving gifts, but hardly private or secluded.

Charles walked towards the school's gates with an expression that was oddly serious; fully contemplating the contents of the box he had in his hands. The angel recounted every single step he'd made into wrapping the jars into the box; sure that everything was perfect; sure that they were all safe and secured. Though he couldn't quite shake the feeling that might be amiss?
He was sure that he placed the two mason jar aquariums in the neatly wrapped box, with enough stuffing to keep them from breaking. It was a project he dropped early last month right after he had collected the materials and only new did he find himself a reason to finish them, learning that his pair would have liked something aquatic-themed. He managed to make two that came out perfectly, one which featured a regal tang as its centerpeice, while the other, a jellyfish -- and unable to decide which was the better piece, he decided why not both? And so he did. And to top it off, he threw in a bracelet with a globe filled with tiny shells, as the main feature among the other dolphin-shaped charms.
Did he think it too much? No. Probably wasn't even enough if he would be asked.
His expression lifted as he came closer to the designated meeting place, self-consciously primping his coat and scarf as he searched for his pair. A lone girl with pale blond hair caught his attention sitting outside the cafe but he hesitated for a moment. He'd... expected to meet a student but that one seemed younger than he was expecting.
Well. He wasn't going to get anywhere if he just stood there, was he?
The angel then made a casual approach, appearing to be trying to identify the girl, "Miss Evans, I presume?"

Ravina was in the unfortunate position of having only just begun to notice how cute people were. Specifically princely looking men. Which is exactly the description of this Angel. Fair-skinned. Blonde hair. Those eyes. Those locks. The stance. Even the way he spoke!
So when he called her miss Evans, Ravina felt frozen and cotton-mouthed. She sputtered trying to find something to say. Problem was, she knew what it was she wanted to say, but no matter how hard her mouth wouldn't form the words.
Finally, the little girl nodded and stood suddenly. "Y-Yes! Take a seat. Uh... Should I call you Mister Castello? O-Or Charles?"
Ravvy could have blamed it on the cold, but that wasn't the reason her face was suddenly flush and much too hot. She scrambled to take her gift and lift it to present it to him in the best light possible.
