Human Like Form:
-6' tall, 220 pounds, perfect balance of strength and agility.
-Eyes glow blue, if you look close you can see magical symbols and data swirling in them.
-Fluffy brown hair, very soft, worn loosely.
-Skin tone looks as if he spends equal time outside and inside but it never changes.
-Normally wears a long sleeve shirt, jeans and sneakers.
-Carries a pair of goggles which he used to hide his eyes when he was living in the outside world.

Magitech Form:
-8 feet tall
-Covered in red and yellow metal plates
-Arms and chest glow with magical energy.

•Active:
Technopathy: He is able to mentally interface and hack multiple electronic devices. Through which he take control of said device, and download as well as take data and info.
-Tiers of Hacking: Sense there are many different levels of tech his ability to hack said devices vary. He can hack any kind of cell phone instantly, same with most computers common citizens can buy. Anything more powerful and he'll be unable to hack it, though it is possible for him to train and become more powerful (with Emy's permission of course). During the hack he takes complete control of the device.
-Range: 50 feet (phones, tablets etc). 30 feet for computers.
-Because of the above abilities he can mentally communicate with A.I.s (limited to the same range as computer hacking)
-Hacking Limit: Sense he's hacking with his mind, his body is vulnerable while hacking. When hacking phones he seems distracted, easily to sneak up on. But when hacking more advanced tech he becomes more or less catatonic until hes finished.
-Magitech Form: A form he's able to take. Its very strong and durable. Made of magic metal. He's able to lift 2 tons and is bullet proof. Can hover about a few feet off the ground. He can remain in this form for only 20 minutes and can't hack devices while using it.
-Electricity exposure can revert him to his human form.
-Choice of Mortality: As it stands he'll stop aging in his 20s, but if he decides he can become fully mortal and age and die. Note: once he's decided this there's no going back.

•Passive
Infinite Mana Pool: His body is charged with an infinite source of mana (magical energy). Now a mage could access this energy and use it, basically it would allow that mage to cast his spells without becoming weary or tired. But the only way to access that energy is to actually cut a hole in Orion as its contained inside him (with the mage have to keep there hand one the hole to use it). Orion has no way to use the energy himself, and the mage would be reverted to normal power after they lose access to it. (He may or may not find a use later).
-Human Form: His human form is as strong and as fast as any the average human, but it has a self repair function, injuries heal very quickly, for example a lot eye will grow back in 24 hours. He does not bleed, and cuts glow has it shows his mana pool. If a piece of him is torn off it will retain some of that mana energy for 24 hours. As a machine being he is able to connect his mind to the internet and basically use it like a computer, he's also able to project holograms. Doesn't feel pain, or need to eat, sleep or breathe.
-Electricity exposure can shut of his healing factor.

-Orion's soul is very unique, its created from both magical energies and data, same with his mind.
-To those who can sense magic Orion will seem to glow with magical energies, it may be painful to some depending on how sensitive they are.

•He's poor orphan, lives off a scholarship and money from a part time job

-There was once a mage/scientist, powerful and brilliant. Who was obsessed with cresting a perfect magical power source.
-He spent many years trying to create this power source. All were failures.
-Then he tried a different method, he tried to create it in a living being. So he created a magitech golem/android and charged with mana. Said mana became self sustaining and infinite.
-For next fourteen years Orion remained isolated in the lab, an experiment and nothing more in the eyes of the scientist.
-Until one day, the scentist died of a heart of attack. Free but uncertain of what to do, he wandered from place.
-Until a Starlight Academy scout found him, and brouhht him to Manta Carlos.

-Because of his abilities, he has amassed quite a bit of knowledge via downloading directly into his mind. Mostly to deal with tech but also knows many languages.
-Because of the many languages he speaks, he has a strange and exotic sounding accent. His voice is smooth and soothing.
