It would be interesting and kind of cute if he got involved with some kind of nature spirit, like a nymph or something, just because of his powers, which are described in his app.
Really want his shop to be a bit of a plot hub. His shop has both regular and magic antiques, so it would be a really good place to start some things! If you want to do something but cant think of an item you want to have I can think of some random ones.
