"Yes, I could take my chances." He said. But I shouldn't take my chances too much, or Tarver will find me, he thought, and his eyes dimmed a little. "But there aren't many times I take chances." He whispered to himself, and he turned around to face the the forest below him.

He laughed at what the girl had said next about there being a Roliner Thramir that wasn't a vampire. "There could be, though I doubt it very much." He said smiling. "It is a pleasure to meet you, Sohalia." He said bowing his head a little.

"My parents... uh... My mothers dead, my father is still a live, not wanting anything to do with me." He said lying. He father wanted a lot to do with Roliner, in fact he wanted Roliner to serve him, and to take his powers away, just like he did to Ronlyn, his twin brother.

"But there aren't many times I take chances."

"Well that's pretty boring then isn't it?" she replied, foollowing his gaze to the forest, "not taking chances. It's not like they're life threatening," she said, with a small laugh. "Not normally anyways..."

"There could be, though I doubt it very much."

"Well you said your Roliner, the vampire, it sounded like there was one who wasn't just by the way you said it. Or was it the way I understood it? I wonder," she shrugged, looking over at the lake again. She didn't see why there was reason to come up here in groups, it seemed pretty boring to her, not a dragon in sight.

"It is a pleasure to meet you, Sohalia."

She bowed her head the slightest bit, and grinned, "It's always a pleasure to meet me," she told him, arrogantly. She tapped her foot on the ground, still bored, as he told her about his parents. Sohalia responded, "Oh, well, my dad's dead. He died in car crash I think, or something like that. So my mom sent me here till things were 'sorted out', she just wants all his money to herself," she explained matter-of-factly, though she knew she was lying about her mother.

"But sometimes taking chances are life threatening, but I do sometimes take chances, but not all the time, it's rare when I do so." He said looking down at the forest, and thinking. Chances can be dangerous sometimes, and since I'm watched, taking chances is the last thing I need, he thought.

"I just felt like saying it that way." He said smiling, when she talked about the vampire thing again, but he didn't mind at all, he just listened and smiled.

"I've never known how my mother acted, she was died when I and my twin were born, then she was dead, but my aunt said my mother was strong, and that my father is a coward." He said quietly, as if he was saying it to himself.

"But sometimes taking chances are life threatening, but I do sometimes take chances, but not all the time, it's rare when I do so."

Sohalia took a second responding how to that, at first not following what he was saying, and then thinking of a reply after a few seconds, "You know you could've said that much easier," she nodded, putting on hand on her hip before continuing, "And if taking a chance is life threatening, then it's obvious that you shouldn't take the chance, but not all chances are life threatening, so why not take the ones that aren't?" She curled a strand of hair behind her ear, and smirked.

"I've never known how my mother acted, she was died when I and my twin were born, then she was dead, but my aunt said my mother was strong, and that my father is a coward."

"Well, how's that for twisted!" she commented, "By the way, were you talking to me, or yourself, because it's very hard to tell and talking to yourself could mean your insane, or was that answering yourself?" she asked, unsure. "My mother, I'm not sure what she was, or my father for that matter," she shrugged.
