@Foxy and @Sashi have decided to return to being full time members! Thank you to both of them for all the things they did for SA behind the scenes. <3
If your character was approved by Foxy in the past and you have questions about your character, please forward your questions to @Emy.

Submissions for the Zine are now open! You can read the submission gudelines in this thread!
Clubs at Starlight academy
Club leaders! It is now required for you to make a group plotting thread in the plotting forum and actively get club activities going — if you do not do so within the next month then your character will be demoted from club leader!
New Rule
We have added a new character rule — if your character changes their species or adds a new powerful item to their inventory, they must go through these steps for approval.
Holidays
Right now we are working to fill out the yearly calendar with more in character holiday events! We would love to hear recommendations from you guys in this thread!
New Dank Lore
Our rad lore masters have added some awesome new lore to the wiki about the legal system and laws of the Manta Carlos Islands. We are trying to expand the world of the Manta Carlos Islands, and if you are interested, please give it a read! We're also always looking for new additions to our wiki and invite all members to contribute!
November Events
We hope everyone had fun with all the October events! Remember, if you participated in a Halloween forum event, you are eligible for the Halloweener Medal, which you can claim in the Medals thread.
Now, this is a special event, voted as the winner of the Event Idea Contest months back: Show and Tell!
During Show and Tell, students of Starlight Academy will be able to show off their talents to the rest of the Community. The event will be a team effort among the contestants. They will work in groups with people with similar powers to them under a teacher adviser. There are many reasons to join Show and Tell. It could be for Powers Training (or Powers Showing off), for Friendship, Popularity, and Good Grades. Either way, it's a fun school activity!
Every year on November, under the full moon, citizens of Manta Carlos visit the Bonfire in the forest to commemorate the memories of their dearly departed. Despite its grim nature, the bonfire is a time of celebration, celebrating the Manta Carlos holiday known as Carpe Noctem. It's to show appreciation for the departed's memories, as well as pray for their safety in the afterlife, offering gifts to please them and give them peace. It is said that restless citizens may be able to communicate with their dead ancestors, but whether that is true remains to be seen. The Bonfire is a month long forum event!
Tired of your normal everyday life? Want to experience the adventure of a lifetime in relative safety? Why not try: The Alternate Reality Simulator!The Alternate Simulator, where you can walk in somebody's else's shoes for once. Do whatever you want, be whatever you want, all in the comfort of The Galactica Corp game room!
The Alternate Reality Simulator is an ICC canon event set in a virtual reality simulator at the Starlight Observation Station spanning from November 5 to midnight of November 7.
Every year, on the second weekend of November, the City Hall prepares a free two-day banquet where citizens may enter any time they wish and enjoy pirate-themed food, tropical and seafood delights spread out and refilled every hour. It is common tradition to dress up as pirates during The Pirate's Feast.
The Pirate's Feast is an ICC event starting from November 19 and ending on midnight, November 21. It takes place in the City Hall.
