Appearance Description: A relatively average looking young man. His clothing underneath varies usually going for a casual clothing but is often seen wearing a while cloak.He stands at about 5 foot seven inches.

Personality Description: Because of his past he does not warm up to people easily. He often comes off as somewhat nervous and shy. He'll respond politely to anyone who speaks to him regardless but will keep a noticable amount of distance away from any given person. Sudden actions and attempts at physical contact often end with him jumping and pulling away as his reaction. Once someone can break that shell and gets him to relax around them he is very kind and tries to help them. Though will still have a hard time expressing himself.
Active Abilities:
Barrier Magic - Sense his birth he has had a high affinity for Barriers and Wards specifically. His barriers come in many forms from magical circles, to runes for long term shielding and others. But more often than not it will appear as a light Blue Structure or wall around him, they do not move unless created on a surface capable of movement. More often than not he simply conjures a barrier to block an attack and then immediately drop it once it is gone, due to it being unable to move with him. After taking an attack it will take him some time to do. He can manipulate the shape and sizes of his barriers. Though with taking large attacks such as this it will take him approximately 30 seconds to be able to gather himself and repeat the same feat. The average Barrier can block bullets, a stronger barrier can block no more than a tank shot and his strongest is capable of surviving a giant meteor dropping ontop of it, though the experience will leave him extremely exhausted. Being young and still developing he can only create about 100 barriers a day, Maybe it can be stretched to 120 if he is conservative or much less if he is reckless. Larger structures take some time for him to stabilize his barriers due to draining more Mana than usual. At max his largest barrier can entirely cover a two story manor and on average is capable of protecting up to 20 people with one of his barriers. He can only deploy up to 5 Barriers at once.

Magical Alteration - Because of certain events happening in his past, his body has been heavily altered by magic. Nothing appearance wise but he's had a complicated magical seal placed onto him that strengthened his body itself to be extremely durable as well as slow the aging process to make him last longer. His body now capable of being to withstand being smashed into a building or batted by a truck. A regular bullet would embed in his flesh and leave a bloody hole but it would not be as deep as it would be usually. Armor piercing bullets though will likely pierce through.

Biography: Noah started out in another universe as an orphan living on the streets and surviving on his own since a very young age. Using his abilities to fend off animals and house himself from the weather and those less sympathetic to poverty. After awhile someone had come across him; A noble in the local area, who had saw him under a bridge using his magic to shield himself from the rain. The noble approached him and Noah opted to run away from him at first. But the man was nice and offered him a bit of food. Noah was cautious of course but he was also hungry so he accepted it to eat. Then the man gave him an offer he couldn't refuse, 'You are a gifted child and to leave you on the streets would be a crime in and of itself. Come and live with me and my family. We can give you what you truly deserve, all you need to do is use your gifts to protect my family for as long as you live' Noah at an age of naivety and hopefulness thought he would finally be saved from hungry days and cold nights of being homeless so he accepted.
Soon he found himself with a bed, a desk and a room. But he wasn't invited to live there and be their son. He was invited to be there tool. A tool to keep his family safe from a war hidden from the common people between crooked families. The noble kept to his word and treated him to what the noble believed he deserved. Unfortunately the noble thought Noah deserved to have the bare minimum and as such his room was underground and without light, his name taken away and replaced with Nobody. The Noble thought secret weapons deserved to be hidden for when they're needed. He wasn't allow to be let out and barely fed only enough to keep him functional. Noah naively believed for a while that this was a better life for years. He, at least, ate somewhat consistently and didn't have to worry about sleeping on the ground. This was changed one day when after one of the attacks left him injured. His living quarters was invaded by strangers and before he knew it he was held down and had his body magically altered and experimented on. 'Our deal was for as long as you live but at this rate you won't last long. So, I'm paying a fortune to make sure you'll do so for generations to come!' The greedy noble had been working the boy to keep him maintaining a barrier around their house 24/7. With this treatment, he expected the barrier mage to function extraordinarily. Noah realized after this that he was simply a tool. He lived with this knowledge for years and lost his faith in others.
After a while people started to suspect the family of supernatural means of protecting themselves. Just like the story which inspired the name the Nobleman and his family, when asked about who was saving their family from so many attacks and 'unfortunate accidents' by their compatriots; They simply smiled and answered truthfully:
'Nobody.'
During one of the attacks on their homes he was given a chance at freedom by another Mage who had managed to locate him and gave him a chance to escape to a foreign and more peaceful world. Taking this opportunity he walked through the portal and ended up on this Earth. Where he was promptly absconded by the scouts because of the portal opening and sent to Manta Carlos after they explained everything to him. He couldn't live amongst the ordinary people but living amongst other powered beings such as himself would be best.
