Active Abilities:
Reaper Shift: Mortifer can shift between his reaper and human forms at will.
Passive Abilities:
Aspect of Death: As an incarnation of Death, Morty cannot be harmed in any way shape or form. On the flip side they cannot harm anyone in any way shape or form. Gatkeeper: As the embodiment of Death, Mortifer is the gatekeeper of many afterlives. Those who have passed recently (in the past 48 hours) can be judged and sent into the afterlife of their religion. If they do not have a religion their souls are left to wander the earth. Those that have died more than 48 hours ago are deemed ‘lost ones’ and are incapable of being sent to an afterlife by Mortifer.
Eyes of the Judge: As an incarnation of Death, Morty’s main purpose is to judge mortal beings without bias. They judge so they can properly determine what will happen to the soul when one’s time has come. To help with this Morty knows the names of all mortal beings. Immortal beings are immune to this effect. They can also ‘feel’ when there is something they can properly use to judge a mortal (For example a beggar or someone in trouble) they can also tell where this event is taking place and when. Mortifer will always know the outcome of the tests and these test differ depending on the beliefs of the mortal.

Biography:
Mortifer’s story is quite boring and unimportant. They had lived in ‘Purgatory’ where they would judge souls for the afterlife. They did their job will diligence for millennia undisturbed until he was suddenly reassigned to the Manta Carlos islands. The islands were known to be a serious hotspot for many different types of species so Mortifer was sent in an attempt to handle all of the mortal souls that would eventually require judgement.
