Michael Morstein

Stands at 6' tall, thin but athletic build, black fluffy hair, amber eyes, clothing varies on situation, normally wears jeans and a dark colored long sleeve shirt, wears glasses.

Michael is a kind and polite young man, he was raised under a strict household. If one were to go into his room they'd find it clean and organized, that's how he was taught, everything and everyone had a place, and that it should stay in that place at all times. He'd been given very little personal freedom growing up, school and homework were all he really knew, his parents had ridiculously high expectations of him, and so put pressure on him to meet them, and was given no chance of doing anything else. This has left him more advanced than most students his own age, while this is an impressive feet, its left him burnt out and completely disinterested in school and classes, in fact he could of been moved to a higher grade but refused to. His death, and current status as a ghost has left him with numerous issues, a troubled view of his newfound immortality he isn't sure if he wants to "live" forever. Yet, his new "life" has granted him a new level of freedom he's never had before, a chance to explore and overall live a life of his choosing, making him increasingly curious about what is normal for most people his age as well as everything the supernatural world has to offer. Being a ghost seems a curse to him, but its granted him a new life.

Touched By Death: Michael is perpetually trapped in between life and death. Because of this he's developed some abilities based on death.
-Potential Deaths: By touching someone he can see the potential deaths that could happen to the person on that day. As potential deaths, there not guaranteed to happen, they could happen, similar events could happen but be non lethal, or they may not happen at all.
Limits/Weaknesses:
-Random Trigger: While he can usually choose when it happens, it still randomly happens sometimes. There's no cause or pattern to when it'll randomly happen, but its quite painful for him, and can be overwhelming as he's not prepared himself.

-Walking In Death: He and one other person can enter an illusion which allows them to see their potential deaths or actual death (if undead). Its like a supernatural VR experience, they can smell and feel everything they see. They'll be watching the events as if they'd witnessed it.
Limits/Weaknesses:
-The other person usually will have to give their permission for it to work, though those in a weakened mental state could be forced to experience it.
-While in the mental illusion, their bodies will be in a sort of waking slumber. It'll breathe and blink like normal, but nothing else. They won't react to anything, so could potentially be vulnerable to attack. Lights are on, but nobody is home.

Complete Immortality: He doesn't age and cannot die by any means. All damage to his body heals eventually, even limbs grow back, but its at the rate of a human. If enough damage is (decapitation, torn in half et.) he'll disapear and reform in twenty four hours.
Biological Affects: He doesn't require food, air or water, but he still feels the affects of not having them, so he'll feel thirty, hungry et. but will never die from it, however he doesn't need sleep or feel the affects of not having it. Anything he eats or drinks just vanishes. He also has no scent or blood.
Invisibility: He can become invisible, to where only death based beings like reapers, death horsemen etc. can see him.
Intangibility: He can phase himself and others through solid objects.

Weaknesses/Limits:
Intangibitiy/Invisibility: He can only use one of these abilities at a time and he needs to focus on them.
Salt: He cannot cross a line of salt in the ground, being encircled with salt would trap him, turning his intangibility and invisibility powers off.
Iron: While not harmful, touching it can turn his powers off and he cannot phase through it.

-Michael was born the eldest child and in a wealthy and successful family. From day one his parents had incredibly high expectations, they expected him to excel at everything and to surpass the previous generations of his family.
-So from a young age he was pressured into things, advanced classes, having extra tutors, instrumental lessons, anything and everything to make him live up to his parents expectations.
-He did well, he excelled at many of the lessons, but it was never enough for his parents. Always pressuring him to do better, they demanded perfection, everything he did had to be the peak of potential. But, he was given little to no personal freedom, his every waking moment was dedicated toward meeting his parents expectations.
-In truth his parents heavily emotionally and physically abused him, the constant pushing and pulling, punishments for failing in their eyes. It was a miserable life, one that Michael hated.
-Needless to say this caused issues as Michael got older. He became more and more disinterested in things. His lessons, his instructions, his parents expectations, they all lost meaning to him. His desire to make his own decisions and live his own life started to override his desire to meet the high expectations people had for him.
-Arguments started to spring up between him and his parents. Arguments over the purpose of his lessons and his desire for more personal freedom. He told them he wanted to choose his life and what he wanted out of it. He started to refuse to go to the advanced classes.
-This rebellion made his parents' abuse worse, Michael wasn't just a failure in their eyes, he was a traitor to the family to them. So they made his life even more miserable, increased their hostility toward him. Michael didn't give in though, he wanted his own life, his own freedom.
-Then it happened, an argument with his parents while riding in their limo was interrupted when a semi truck ran into them. One moment Michael was sitting in the limo, the next he was standing beside the road, looking at the reck. People soon showed up, but none of them seem to notice him. Then he saw it, the police and firefighters pulling his body from the wreck. So the realization hit him, he was dead, he was a ghost.
-He walked away, terrified and invisible and completely alone. He took his new ghost abilities easily enough, using them to avoid people as he tried to figure out what to do with his newfound undead existence.
-He watched his own funeral, saw how little his parents actually cared about him, saw his death meant little to them.
-Eventually, a scout found him, it was a random encounter, MC wasn't even aware he'd come back. So, he was brought to the island, and he started his new "life."

-Techncally he no longer needs to wear glasses, but he still does out of habit
