Personality:

• Caring - Junchi deeply cares for those he's around. Although he can act quite arrogant and be difficult to understand with how much he'll lie to people for fun, he likes to view himself as a leader who cares deeply for his subordinates, a.k.a., his friends. Junchi's caring attitude can go so far as to make him break down into tears and apologize if he even feels a hint that someone is unhappy or uncomfortable because of him when they didn't deserve it. In spite of that, there are plenty of times where he'll be verbally aggressive, throwing insults and being disrespectful for little to no reason at all or just for jokes. In the end, it depends on the relationship he has with the individual he's insulting to judge if he'll feel awful, a slightly regretful, or completely in the right.
  
  
• Technical Pacifist - Junchi loathes killing people, and to an extent, violence. While he does come from a culture where roughhousing is a common way for kids to play and everyone is expected to know how to hunt from a young age, Junchi finds it hard to kill. Trying to do it himself leaves him sick and horrified. He can't even look at heavy gore if he's certain the being will die. Junchi is, however, able to hurt animals, he won't feel the same level of regret compared to when he hurts a person, emotionally or physically.
  
  There are times when Junchi is pushed to his limits, though. When he becomes livid, he'll become violent and try to hurt whoever is closest to him, often in a physical way. Usually, this just lasts for five or so seconds, and when he's finished, he'll feel very calm and describe the experience as him "blacking out."
  
  When Junchi is forced to hurt or kill another being, he'll try to make it quick, then try to seek comfort in someone close to him. He is trying to act tougher nowadays, but only because of his dad, Anrong, who is eager to turn him into a formidable, fearless hunter like himself.​
• Trickster - Unlike how Junchi's hunter side comes from Anrong, his caring side comes from Henghai. But he also took on another trait: the love of messing with people's minds and pranking them. He often messes with people by lying to them about details he finds minor, like his relationships, name, gender, powers, etc. His tricks do not usually have any malicious intent, but they can if he finds himself disliking a person enough; otherwise, he just lies and pranks people for entertainment and attention.​

Junchi was born in Manta Carlos City and lived with his two dads in their small, but comfortable, house. Despite his dads being hunters, and one being a healer, they are more known for owning a flower shop and being on friendly terms with the Afolabi-Soies. Junchi guessed this was because they were both oricenta families, with him only seeing other oricenta once in a while compared to all the other "weird" looking people on the islands. He only heard of hints that his family and the Afolabi-Soies had a longer history, but the only things he knew for sure was that his dads used to work in Illada a while back, and the Afolabi-Soies were royalty there. Now he mostly hears them talk about exchanging products, assisting each other in their businesses, and other stuff that's hard for him to understand. It got easier to entertain himself when others weren't giving him attention when the Afolabi-Soies had a child named Arjean.

Their relationship started off rocky, with Junchi always teasing Arjean and dragging them around on adventures with them as his sidekick. Often the adventures were superhero themed and about them using their powers to fight crime and do good. It didn't take long for Junchi to start being more nice to Arjean though, especially when their older sister Remi was watching him. That didn't stop him from being a troublemaker, and he even pulled Arjean into his schemes, such as breaking things on purpose or accident, manipulating people for free stuff, leaving the house when no one was looking, or playing roughly and running to their parents for help. They usually left the more risky things for when all the older people were too busy to babysit, so Arjean and Junchi had free reign on leaving the house and doing whatever they wanted, then coming back and not getting caught.

Powers:

• Flower Petal Manipulation - A currently weak ability that only allows Junchi the power to manipulate flower petals. Even though he's been told by his dads that being able to manipulate flower petals can be a very strong ability, so far it has been completely useless for Junchi. The most impressive thing he can do with it is use it for show to make himself look cool... or as cool as a four-year-old making flower petals surround himself for five seconds can look.​

Species Abilities:

• Healing - While not as strong as Junchi would like, it does enough for what he needs now. Since he plans on being a healer Junchi always jumps at the chance to practice healing any being who's in pain. Normally, the only times he can do this is when an animal hurts itself, or when someone else hurts themself. Whenever Junchi gets hurt or he sees someone who's way beyond his skill level, he'll freak out and run to an adult for help. For someone who hates violence and gore, he sure loves the idea of going into a field all about seeing that stuff. At the moment all he can do is heal small scars, since he's too scared to push himself to healing something that's really bloody, or what he's call "icky."
  
  Since his healing is so weak he usually resorts to just learning how to heal with medical supplies. Most of his training comes from practicing on toys, practicing on his friends (with adult supervision), or watching his own dads heal others when there's not a lot of gore.
  
  
• Owl and Cervid Physiology - Having both the traits of owls and deer, they also take on traits those two have. For their owl traits so far Junchi is only able to turn his head 270-degrees, have sturdy nails, night adaption (seeing well in the night, functioning well during the night, etc.), and having an enhanced ability to track things. For his deer traits he's more advanced on the ground and can jump very high. This helps make up for his weak ability in flight sometimes, though when jumping the best thing he can do so far is jump over the head of his 4'9ft dad.​
• Owl, Deer, and Cervitaur Shape-Shifting - Junchi had four forms he can turn into. Aside from his main humanoid form, he has a cervitaur form, deer form, and owl form. In his cervitaur form he looks as he does in his humanoid form, just with a deer body below his torso and his wings moves from his shoulders to the back of his deer body. In his baby deer form he looks similar to a Chinese water deer. He has a white body with pink specks in the shape of flowers on his backside, a pink nose, amber eyes, pink fluff coming out of his ears, and fur shaped like pink eyebrows on his face, which at times makes him look like he's an angry baby deer. He's able to summon his wings in this form, but it makes him heavier and they're mostly useless considering he can't even fly all that well yet. In his baby owl form he looks similar to a barn owl with white feathers tinted with pink and sprinkled in orange dots. He has amber eyes and a pink beak, as well as pink eyebrows that also give him the appearance of being an angry baby owl sometimes​
• Longevity- All oricenta will stop aging at 24-years-old, the year they hit their prime and continue to live forever, but they are still capable of being harmed and killed. They are still vulnerable to sicknesses, wounds, and whatever their weakness is depending on their oricenta type. Their best bet against those things are to be healed by either themselves or others. They cannot resurrect themselves from the dead, and even just trying to resurrect them is hard because their bodies turn into whatever oricenta type they represent. When Junchi dies he'll turn into a pile of plum blossoms.

Skills:

• Empathy - Because of Henghai's preference for healing, Junchi found himself having an easier time learning how to heal and help others than fight. The easiness mostly comes from how fighting and hunting is something Junchi will have to learn when his body is ready for it, but he believes he'll never be too young to learn how to help others.
  
  His willingness to help people has led to him find it extremely easy to understand or feel what someone else is feeling. He likes to use this to get stuff out of people, though not usually with malicious intent if he doesn't think they deserve it.​

Weaknesses:

• Sensory Over-Stimulation - Coming from a species with advanced senses, it's no wonder that over-stimulation to his senses could happen. Junchi can handle sounds like a normal human speaking or a dog barking, albeit with a bit discomfort, but certain sounds, touches, and scents will quickly disorientate him. At times it can get so bad that he ends up passing out as a way to cope with whatever is causing him distress, leaving him more vulnerable to harm.​
• Exhaustion - This is something that only happens after he uses his healing powers or shape-shifting. His flower petal manipulation is too weak at the moment for him to use it enough to get tired, though it is possible for him to find himself tired after an extended use of that power. He mainly finds himself tired from using a lot of his healing abilities or shape-shifting too much, but by the time he's tired he's using those powers involuntarily instead of on purpose.​
• Flight - Despite being old enough to start training in flight, Junchi still struggles in flying. While, yes, he is young and still has lots of training to do, he finds himself enjoying walking more, and he aspires to be like his dads when they go hunting. He likes to completely ignore the fact that flying is also helpful in hunting, and that having an owl form that can't fly means when he accidentally shape-shifts he'll be even more limited in movement. He also ignores how if he was able to fly he'd be able to travel to people who need half faster by flying over buildings or people, but he has a track record of picking and choosing the reality that makes him the happiest while criticizing others for doing the same.​
• Power Inconsistencies - Junchi shows a slight lack of control mainly in shape-shifting. While he is getting better as he ages and trains, he finds himself waking up in different forms, or switching between forms depending on how he's feeling. Usually, he turns into his deer form when he finds himself scared since his owl form doesn't give him a lot of mobility. Even just getting excited can cause him to switch into a different form on accident, which causes him some trouble and embarrassment when his clothes don't shape-shift with him or don't easily form around his body.
