Skye squinted her eyes, as if to help herself better understand the problem. She was having trouble concentrating, and found her thoughts drifting. The dance is coming up...Who I am I going to go with? she wondered nervously. She pulled her brown hair behind her ear so she could see the math homework that she had been dreading. The teenager didn't hate algebra, she despised it. She sighed, and began working on the problems.
