Alright, apologies in advance to whatever mod takes this up. We've got a bit of work to do here.
How the following abilities and changes were acquired: She went to the bar with the Grimoire of a Thousand Eyes, duped some poor sap into following her into the park, stuffed him in the bushes, and stole his soul. The Grimoire then ate the soul and spat up a random superpower. The whole thrilling tale is recounted in this thread.
The requested abilities:
Necromancy (this one she already has, but is being modified slightly):
Using her innate magic, Madison is able to reach through the void between worlds and pull a spirit back to the world of the living and stuff it into a corpse (more often than not, it’s the correct one, too! But that’s really up to her discretion). Madison can raise any humanoid, real-world beast, and lower-tiered mythical creature without an issue. This also works on humans and humanoid beings as well, but the more unfamiliar and exotic their biology the less likely she is to be successful. Once animated, the person or beast can act as they normally would be able to, but with the caveat that any damage the body has sustained will hinder them in whatever natural way it would have in life (for example, the undead would not be able to walk on a broken leg, speak with a missing jaw, see with its eyeballs dangling down by its lips, and so on). The spell can last for hours if hastily cast, and years if she has more time to properly prepare and focus on her rituals. Any undead raised by Madison are inclined to obey her without question.
+3 Charisma (new ability — passive aura):
Whatever the Grimoire of a Thousand Eyes gave her upon consuming its first soul, it made her a helluva lot more likable. Not necessarily nicer, but anyone within a five-meter radius of Madison is more inclined to listen to her, believe the (probably) lies she's spewing, and generally think she's pretty neat.
Mother's Mark (new ability — active):
By laying her hands on someone for several seconds, Madison is able to pass onto them a magical affliction, one that stains their mind and alters their perception of her. Whenever she speaks, they listen. Whenever she commands, they obey. But like all diseases, the "mark" will pass within a month, and they will return to normal. (OOC note: Those under Madison's influence cannot be commanded to kill themselves or other player characters. This ability can only be used with the other writer's permission, and any commands that Madison gives will be discussed between their respective writers ahead of time.)
