Here you can write down things put on the bulletin board of the Manta Carlos Community Center. Does your character want to advertise an idea? A club? Or a dorm party? Feel free to add their pamphlet here.

Please note that this will be cleaned out every month so you'll have to add things again if you want to keep your advertisements up for long periods of time.

Title: Please Come Dream with Me!

Description: A hand written note advertising for Lycia's Dream World. All one has to do is be on the SA campus at night. If you go to sleep with a red cup or bowl that has water or another liquid in it by you, you will usually have a chance to enter a fantastic dream world. It is safe and you can choose to enter as an 'unknown' so you will not be remembered afterwards if you prefer.
