Lucky has this very wild style of hair which he also has this single braid because why not.

This guy is clearly a mechanic. He always wears his “stylish” type of overalls and sometimes just have oil smeared all on him. Lucky is super fit and is around 5’10” in height.
Lucky also has a pouch of endless tools and supplies strapped around his waist, basically a fanny pack of goodies.
In Dragon form
Lucky dragon form is actually not extremely large but in his words “big enough”. His full size in dragon form is somewhere around three or four stories big. As a metal dragon Lucky’s scales are also made of a very strong metal which is similar to titanium and as shiny as platinum.

Attention seeker, This guy is a major attention seeker. He loves to be the center of attention it is just his thing.

Mention Ironman and you will like totally have to be forced into a debate about which suit is better which is like….oh my god why? Lucky likes super cool stuff and by stuff I mean tech. Like mechas and all sorts of crazy goodies. Lucky is honestly a very big nerd for these sorts of things, he will go full on crazy screaming fangirl at the mention of things like Mechas, The Batmobile, and super complex puzzles.

Lucky only trusts himself. Lucky only cares about himself. Lucky is the type of guy to trip you and leave you behind for Jason Voorhees. You see he has the incredible skill of doing whatever he has to do to survive and live. He puts himself before others and honestly will continue doing that forever. It's not the fact he doesn't care about others but more of he like to not get his life fucked up more than it is.

POWERS
Metal Dragon
Being a dragon Lucky can switch forms between human and dragon and would have all normal traits that are associated with a dragon such as flying and claws. Along with transforming into a dragon, Lucky can also take on semi characteristics without going full dragon form such as making his skin take on a characteristic of a metal. His skin would basically coat itself in scales made of metal.
Electromagnetism Manipulation
Lucky can manipulate the magnetic fields around objects that generate them such as metallic objects and some minerals. This guy can lift metal objects( The bigger the size the more focus and strain required. The max amount of objects he can affect would be weight of a large vehicle such as a Firetruck or small planes) and can bend and shape them to his will.
Along with magnetizing metal Lucky can also very much tell if something is metal, contains metal, and the type or types of metal. He is an actual living metal detector
Lucky also has minor control of electricity with his body which isn't exactly strong enough to kill someone however it allows him to remove or add electrons to make objects either positively charged or negatively charged.
Lucky is also a conduit for electricity being that lightning and etc will easily flow throw his body and around it. He can't actually make his own electricity and would be dependent on obtaining it from other objects but once obtained it is amplified throughout his body and he can hold it in for at max an hour if not using it to power things such as batteries or generators

HISTORY
Have you ever heard of the super infamous, awesome, cool guy know for being the best street racer and mechanic around?You said no? Well let's get to know him!
Lucky was born on the island to a pretty shitty life with somewhat shitty parents who were totally banned from some dragon clan a lifetime ago. They were all one big happy family trying to survive the life that living in the underground guaranteed.
Lucky’s childhood was like dad was a shitty drunk and muscle for a drug dealer, mom was a klepto, and Lucky was the prodigy child of thieving and con artist. He helped his mom steal things and helped with cons for a while until he could do the stuff himself, which was made easier thanks to his powers.
He wasn't the type to actually go to school, in fact he learned everything off of the streets. Lucky’s life was pretty much like this for a while until he joined a street gang at the age of thirteen. He actually only joined because he was a thrill seeker. The gang wasn't an awfully big gang and was actually just the lowest of the low.
The gang just did petty crimes like, defacing property and street racing. There was a few gang fights he may or may not have been involved in but no one can prove that.
Lucky sorta just fell out with the gang stuff once he hit seventeen. He focused more on school and powers and didn't find the point in it. Well there never was a point. So he graduated from college super early and then opened up his own Mechanic and Parts Shop on the island.
Next big achievement was he helped out a bit on getting the Space Station ready for launch and then opened a second Shop up there for all the space travellers and their fancy dancy space ships.
On new year's, Lucky was “dared” with getting a new engine for a car. You see it couldn't just be any type of engine and needed to be like one of those good types like say….THE ONES IN A POLICE CAR.
Lucky was a bit under the influence too which made this idea all the more funner to him. Basically while some unlucky copper was distracted with some other criminal, Lucky snuck up to the car and was able to carefully and quickly remove the engine from the car before the copper returned to their car. It was a pretty funny sight!
Well it was funny until he got caught. Honestly he didn't get far before he was caught trying to tug the thing down the street in a cart. So that's how he ended up in the islets for a bit.
Actually because he was on record for a traffic violation and he...just didn't pay the fines.
So he spent a good bit in the islets, got in a fight with some random jerk there and had to spend more time.
So now he is out and is just...trying to avoid repeating mistakes.
