So Liun has that nifty ice armour that he can summon. Well, as he's mentioned a few times in ICC, he has been trying to summon individual pieces of the armour because that's something he's been unable to do so far. This upgrade is basically allowing him to summon individual pieces of his armour, albeit it still has to be symmetrical. It's going to be split into helmet, chest, gauntlets and boots. If he summons his helmet and chest piece, ice will form a neck guard, if he has the chest and gauntlets it'll create shoulder and arm plating, and if he has chest and boots it'll complete full leg armour. If he just wants a gauntlet, he has to summon both. If he wants a boot, he has to summon both. He can still summon the full set fine, and it'll have no changes.
His little thing where he can strengthen a specific part will also be boosted when he only summons a single piece of armour. So boosted gauntlets versus boosted gauntlet with full armour will be stronger, but he can strengthen more specifically in full armour but can only strengthen general in single armour. So, in a nutshell: He can strengthen as usual in full armour, and he has a greater control on what point he wants to strengthen. However, he can instead summon a specific piece and strengthen his full armour into it, but he cannot strengthen a specific part, like over his heart on the chest piece of just one of his gauntlets.
Liun will be gaining this ability through training and sparring using his armour.

Ice Armour - When Liun is in human form, he is able to create an ice coat around his body. Its primary purpose is as armour. Not as strong as metal armour, it is decently stronger than no armour. He is able to strengthen particular parts so they can take additional hits. At lowest strength, punches will do minimal damage to him. At a small point at max strength, a bullet could be slowed enough to only do minor damage. However, he cannot do strong defence on his entire body. The ice thickens in colder environments, boosting its natural defence while also providing good insulation. It can keep him warm from severe cold, and cool his body from heat. The armour can be broken, and heat/fire based attacks will shatter it faster. If in a hot environment and is attacked, it has a higher chance of shattering. If he disables his armour himself, he can activate it instantly again but it will still have the same amount of damage on it prior to deactivation, or wait around 10 minutes for it to be fully repaired again. If deactivated by shatter, he has to wait a minimum of 30 minutes before it's in a usable state, and an additional 30 for it to fully repair.
Liun is now also able to summon specific pieces of his armour. Limited to general pieces, being helmet, chest piece, gauntlets and boots. In order to summon one gauntlet, or one boot, he has to summon both. He is able to summon multiple pieces at a time. Summoning any other piece along with the chest piece will create the necessary connections between the two (neck plating, full arm and shoulder armour, full leg armour). Summoning all pieces will just be the same as summoning his armour. When he has full armour, he has a greater control on where he strengthens it and it's more pinpointed, however it strengthens less. When he is strengthening less armour pieces, he can't pinpoint the strengthening so it's technically less efficient, but it's basically putting his full armour into a single piece so it's overall stronger. Summoning multiple pieces of armour depletes the strength, obviously.
