APPEARANCE
Lady Claricia is beautiful—as expected of an angel. She has long blonde hair, stands at 6' and flawless pale skin like a porcelain doll. She once had blue eyes, but since being possessed they have mixed a bit with Roth’s red eyes and have become slightly purple. When questioned about her eyes, Lady Claricia claims that she has always had purple eyes, and had to wear blue contacts among humans since purple is not a natural eye color among them. She can spawn white angel wings when she wishes.
Because she wished to live among humans, Lady Claricia had to take on a form more ‘human-like’. She had to make her angel wings vanish, although she could still access them if need be. She still maintained her angelic immortality, but also gained traits of humans that she could not experience as an angel. She feels pain, exhaustion, and hunger in her human form.
Usually, Lady Claricia would be seen in dresses—usually white—that were long and flowy. On Manta Carlos, however, she is sometimes spotted wearing business suits instead.

Roth is a shifty-eyed demon with ram horns and black hair--long and wild, like a mane. He is an average height of 5’ 6”, but with lanky limbs that just seem slightly too long for his body. He has clawed hands and his fingers and fingernails are tipped black. He has black, bat-like wings which he can make form and disappear as he wishes.
He has a thin face with a wide mouth that seems to grin nearly from ear to ear. His pale face is freckled thanks to his Irish mother, and might almost be cute, even, if it wasn’t also covered in some nasty looking scars. His black hair and hint of an accent, on the other hand, come from his Italian father.
Roth is typically seen in pinstripe suits. He likes to always present himself like he’s a big deal. Those he sleeps with may occasionally get to see him in more casual attire.

PERSONALITY
Lady Claricia is just what one may expect of an angel: kind, pure, charitable. And perhaps a little boring. She was always pure and chaste—never giving into temptation despite how easily it comes to those who gain fame.
Roth, on the other hand, is the complete opposite of Lady Claricia. He a 'talent agent' by day, and a criminal by night. Just like his time in Hollywood, he uses his connections to get things out of people. Do a little 'extra' for him, and he will get you better jobs.
He is easily irritable, and prone to picking fights. He desires power, but is really more of a follower. He wants to be dominant, but really is a submissive type. A bit of a try hard, really.
As a partial greed demon, he is possessive and needy. As a partial lust demon, he is also flighty and desperate. The two demonic traits both blend and contrast within Roth. He lusts after many people and does not desperately need them to constantly be around—but when he falls in love, he becomes so obsessed that he must possess every aspect of them. He will do absolutely anything to get what he wants when greed takes hold.
But despite all this, Roth is highly successful in impersonating Lady Claricia. He would dare say he is even better than the original Lady Claricia. After all, his Lady Claricia secretly makes people desire her so much that they cannot help but sleep with her—and that is just so much more fun!
Of course, anyone who sleeps with Lady Claricia must keep it hush-hush. She is not only an angel, but a famous figure known for her purity and chaste demeanor—to know that she is actually so sinful could destroy her!

Through his Greed demon father, Roth gained the ability to possess the bodies of others and shape shift between two forms. Through his Lust mother, the possession can only occur if Roth has a deep sexual desire for the person he wants to possess.
In addition, he must bring that individual to the brink of death in order to take them over—but he cannot outright kill them. Once possessed, the individual’s psyche is buried deep into Roth’s own mind. Should the possession be undone, the individual’s psyche will not return to the body and it will simply die, while the mind will eventually deteriorate inside of Roth.
Perhaps there is a way to take the individual’s psyche out of Roth and place it back into their body before it dies so that they can continue to live once the possession is undone, but if there is such a way…well, Roth is not aware of it.

Angelic Perfection
When in the form of Lady Claricia, Roth gives off a completely angelic aura. It is calming, and tends to make others want to trust Lady Claricia. There is absolutely no indication that she is actually a demon in disguise—not even fellow demons can sense it.
There is a weakness to Roth’s disguise, however. Certain emotional triggers can cause Roth to lose Lady Claricia’s form and revert him back to his regular self. These emotional triggers are intense anger, and strong sexual gratification.

Demonic Desires
Although it cannot be easily determined that Lady Claricia is secretly possessed by a demon, a part of Roth does come through in her form. Beyond that calming aura of an angel, there is also a touch of Roth’s own aura as a Greed and Lust demon—an aura that makes others desire Lady Claricia. Demons and those prone to lust are especially susceptible—anyone who may have the desire to corrupt such a pure and innocent figure as an angel. This can certainly draw unsavory types--including rapists and murderers.
But, Roth does not actually mind this too terribly. Roth is more than eager to allow such people to play out their little fantasies of tainting an angel. It was his fantasy to do so, after all—and now he can live it over and over again through her eyes.
Of course, it is typical for others to desire Roth when he is simply in his own form as well. But, the effect is strengthened when he is in Lady Claricia’s form because of how much he lusted after Lady Claricia himself.

SPECIES ABILITIES
Immortality
While Roth was already born an immortal demon, possessing Lady Claricia changed how his immortality worked. After being killed, he now regenerates much faster than he would have previously. A regeneration will take only about 5 hours from a clean death. A more violent death may take longer depending on the damage to the body. The body also does not need to return to hell when it regenerates, as Roth and most other demon's bodies do. Rather, even if the body is completely dismembered and spread around--it will eventually regenerate wherever the head is.
Flight
Roth has access to wings in both forms: angel wings as Lady Claricia, and bat-like demons wings in his own form. They can appear and disappear as Roth pleases.
Defunct power: Angelic Voice
Before the possession, Lady Claricia’s voice not only heightened her angelic aura to give a sense of peace to those who listened, but also had healing properties. She could heal wounds and cure diseases through her songs.
Roth lost this ability when he possessed Lady Claricia’s body, and seeks a way to regain it so that he can better impersonate her.

HISTORY
Lady Claricia was a beautiful angel who lived for thousands of years in heaven, serving her Lord. She spent much of her time watching those down on earth, and she felt sympathy for them. One day, she asked if she could spend time on Earth and help to ease some of the suffering she saw in the world.
Her wish was granted, and Lady Claricia decided to use her voice to help spread a sense of calm and peace to those who would listen. She was very careful—allowing just enough of her angelic aura to create that sense of peace without actually breaking the Veil of Secrecy and revealing she was not human. She quickly became an internationally famous singer, and travelled all around the world to spread her voice to every corner of the Earth. As she grew rich from her fame, she donated most of her money to various charities to help as much as she possibly could.

Roth was born on Manta Carlos to his Greed father and Lust mother, who pretty much abandoned him to be taken care of at Starlight Academy. They kept some contact but not much, and Roth felt very little connection to his parents. He was a troublemaker from a young age, and as it got worse as he got older, he eventually had to be sent to the Islets for various crimes.
Reform school did not treat Roth well. Maybe it was the aura he gave off as both a greed and lust demon, or maybe it was just because he was a wimpy kid--but he was often beat up and even raped on more than one occasion by other students.
Once he was deemed competent enough to be released back into Manta Carlos city on probation, Roth promptly ditched his probation, got himself a glamor to make him look human and caught a plane to America. He spent a few years living among humans in Hollywood, even joining a gang where he learned how to be a pretty good con artist.
If Roth had not been so repelled by Manta Carlos, perhaps he and Lady Claricia would have never met—and Lady Claricia would still be alive.
Roth was dragged to a concert of Lady Claricia’s by a casual human girlfriend he was seeing at the time. From the moment he saw her, Roth experienced love for the first time—desperate, obsessive love. He needed to have her. He absolutely would have her.
He promptly dumped his human girlfriend and dedicated most of his time to stalking the angel. When he had the opportunity to speak to her, he came onto her aggressively and was swiftly rejected. He soon became a target that her bodyguards needed to keep an eye out for.
But Roth would not be so easily rejected. Lady Claricia would be his, whether she agreed to it or not. Roth still had connections on Manta Carlos, and through them he was able to obtain what he needed to make Lady Claricia his and his alone.
One night, he managed to sneak into Lady Claricia’s mansion undetected. He had obtained a special, magically-enhanced rope that would not only keep Lady Claricia subdued, but silent. She could not scream for help as Roth raped her—taking full advantage as his lust overflowed.
But that was not all he wanted of her. He would not only fulfill his lustful desires for Lady Claricia, but his greed as well. From his connections in Manta Carlos, he also managed to get a magic dagger which he stabbed into Lady Claricia’s chest once he was satisfied with his assault. The dagger would not kill her entirely, but rather bring her to the brink of death—just as he needed her to be in order to possess her.
Lady Claricia would be his in full. Her body was literally his body now.
He had planned this for months, and had already practiced how he would impersonate the angel once he possessed her body. But there was a problem he did not count on: he soon realized when he tried to sing that he did not have her voice. Well, it sounded like her voice, but it lacked the angelic aura that made people love her voice so much. This would be a problem—humans may not know that she was an angel with special power in her voice, but they would be able to tell that something was ‘not quite the same’. She would not be perceived the same, and Roth couldn’t have that.
Roth promptly announced as Lady Claricia that she would be taking a professional hiatus for vague health reasons. He then flew straight back to Manta Carlos, where he claimed that Lady Claricia was ‘trying to find her voice again’ so that she could continue her career and help humans around the world.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-Being partially a lust demon, Roth is highly attracted to a wide range of individuals. However, there is ultimately no one Roth is more attracted to than himself in Lady Claricia’s body. Having mirrors around when having sex so he can look at himself is a major kink for Roth, and is the reason why he has mirrors on the wall by his bed AND on his ceiling above the bed in his bedroom.
-On the topic of romance: Being grey-romantic, it isn’t entirely impossible for Roth to experience romantic feelings for others, but it is extremely rare. Good thing it is rare too, because as both a Greed and Lust demon, Roth is severely possessive.
- Although he may not look it, Roth is passionate about music and is highly skilled in playing the violin, piano, and guitar. Of course, his passion for music may have also contributed to his obsession with Lady Claricia…
-Roth maintains two separate homes to keep up the illusion of him and Lady Claricia being two separate people. Lady Claricia has a mansion right outside the city, while Roth has an apartment in the city down by the ocean.
-Both of Roth’s parents still live on the island, although they no longer associate with each other. They…do not need to know about Roth’s little ‘possessing and impersonating Lady Claricia’ hobby on the side, you dig?
