As far as she could tell? That was a concerning thing to say... Still that was none of Sarah's business, although the concern was there.

Belladonna looked to Anna when she was directly spoken to and listened to the information she was giving her. The mention of 'Miss Vanessa' ticked a memory in her mind. Sarah had mentioned that Anna's boss was Vanessa, and was in fact not her mother.

The android nodded. "What is it like working here?" she asked simply.

Anna took another drink from her glass of water. A woman came over to their table with a poster - one of those advertisements for the club, featuring Anna's photograph - and a marker. "It's nice," she replied as she set the poster on the table and signed her name in a curly script before returning it, and the marker, to the woman, who thanked her and scurried away. "Sometimes things like that happen. It makes me feel like a celebrity or something," she gave a light laugh.

"Plus I get to sing and play music. It's what I love to do most."

Belladonna watched as another person approached their table, with a large picture of Anna, which she handed to her new acquaintance along with a marker. The android watched as Anna signed the picture, and also studied the other woman's excited reaction as Anna wrote. After that, the woman took everything back, thanked Anna, and then ran off happily.

She had never seen anything like that before. Sarah had signed a few things, but never a picture of herself. It was mostly paper work and checks, so she guessed this wasn't anything business-related.

"That's nice," she said before asking, "But what did you do just now?"

It occurred to her that Belladonna, despite looking like an adult, likely didn't know a whole lot about the world she was living in yet. Sarah had created her, so Anna hadn't been sure just how much the android knew, but it was becoming more apparent to her that there was still a lot that Belladonna was learning.

"I signed a poster. I have a little group of fans - people that come here regularly just to watch me perform. Sometimes they like to have something to remember me by, like that poster. She'll probably hang it up in her room. It's a nice way to recall someone you...admire?" Anna felt it was sweet that she had fans, and they were always so nice and appreciative of her work.

"Recall someone you admire...?" Belladonna repeated quietly as she glanced at her creator, who was taking a sip of her drink. Sarah was a person she admired. She looked up to her, and was always impressed at what she could do. Not to mention she was the one she knew the longest.

Turning back to Anna, she asked, "Does a signature make it more personal?" She had noticed that Sarah had been signing papers for a while now, but that was for business purposes, so it was a little intriguing that she would sign other things. Sarah had a different mark on the creations she made within the lab, and it was usually on the chassis or the underside of a metallic plate. Before she was fully put together, Belladonna also saw similar markings on her arms, before the protective plating and synthesized skin covered it up.

Anna considered this. It probably was a bit of a weird notion, now that she thought about it. Someone who had limited knowledge of the world and cultures would, indeed, think that the idea of keeping an object that someone else had signed was strange. She gave a shrug to Belladonna; "I guess it does, yeah. It does seem kind of funny now that I'm thinking about it and trying to explain it."

People put names on things for all kinds of different reasons. Mostly to symbolize ownership of something personal. So, yeah, she supposed it made the object more personal when she signed it.

"So, do you...have any hobbies? Things that you like to do?"

Hobbies. Now that was something Sarah wanted to know herself. Not because she didn't know what Belladonna did when outside the lab, but to see if she fully understood what a hobby was.

Looking like she was deep in thought, Belladonna answered with, "Listening to music. And watching TV. Scanning books."

Sarah glanced down at the tablet she pulled out from her coat and seemed to be pleased. If Anna were to look, she'd see some metrics. On one panel, the items Belladonna said were on the top, with watching TV having the highest rating.

"Do you have hobbies besides singing?"
