You may have noticed a web page / thread I posted in the social media board: "Overheard at Starlight Academy."
Any of you can add anonymous posts to it - it's 100% wide open. Also, every character who is so inclined to follow such a website will be able to have IC knowledge of anything posted here.
You can put in quotes from threads that some NPC might have overheard. You can post as one of your own characters overhearing something that someone else said. You could completely fabricate some juicy quote that doesn't reference any thread in any way.
You can even break that page's explicitly stated rules with one of the posts! - just make sure you add an OOC note to tell everyone how long that post lasted before it got deleted - probably not much longer than a few hours, or a whole day if the NPC admins are way off their game.
