So, Ive got a character in the works, and while I would like her to own a rifle or something of that variety (hunting rifle, mind you!), I was not sure if there were any sort of gun laws or restrictions on Manta Carlos or what the Academy's stance on possession of firearms on school grounds would be, so any advice or answer is appreciated!
