Genie gonna need a "master"

Heyo SA. I am currently working on a genie character called Blue, and so they'll be in need of a "master." Basically someone who finds Blue's bottle and becomes bonded to them, gaining power over them. Because of the circumstances they'd have to be roommates at the school and go to therapy to ensure things dont become bad between them.

You'll find Blue's wip here. Powers are nearly finished and I can give you bio info on the side since I'm still hammering out the details.

I'd like their "master" to be around their age, besides that I'm pretty open to ideas.
