That day, she had alternated a bit from joining in the dancing and sticking near her table. But as the day grew later, Shay stuck to table duty. She couldn't be everywhere -- as unfortunate as that was.
So, now, Shay spent her time handing out pamphlets that detailed the local businesses her donations went to and helped to sell her baked cupcakes and brownies. She showed off a variety of tie-dyed shirts with all manners of fun colors and designs.
The stand was decorated in an aesthetic of red, roses, and crowns. A Rosales family favorite. She had learned from that to go big or go home, so that was what Shay did. She went big and flashy and eye-catching. Gold and red colors to grab attention to the stand. She was selling golden crowns her uncle Lucas had made for her for fifteen dollars, the baked goods for one dollar a piece, and the shirts for ten.
Shay Rosales herself had dressed in (appropriately enough) a red dress with golden peacock feathers in the design of a rose. She was dressed to kill, with makeup and hair to match.
