Candle was off on their evening stroll, walking along the roadside just adjacent to the beach. Such strolls where uncommon for Candle, especially at this time when the sun has waned and the moon is waxing. Yet by some strange compulsion they felt the need to just... wander. While Monday has "freed" her from her bonds, with their sudden ample time to themselves Candle has been struggling on what to do with this newfound free time and has been rather aimless as of late. Aimless as these evening strolls as Candle has no idea where they exactly where but perhaps they could see something new.
Then, out in the distance, a flame erupted out in the ocean. Even from the land, Candle could sense the raw power of this fire as lights up the horizon briefly, before it smolders into nothing. Such a beautiful beacon of flame to witness, the flash of fire reminded them of the warmth of their native elemental plane of flame.
"What a wondrous little flame..." commented the Salamander, not realizing they were overheard by nearby citizen resting on a bench.
"Yeah... probably that girl out there "venting" again. Rows on out on her little boat, makes a big old bonfire, and then just row backs. I think that girl has issues but hey if she needs to do her thing better out there than lighting the whole island on fire." croaked the grizzeled finfolk whom thick, leather coat and soggy pants blended in with the scenery.
"Is that so... what do you know of this... girl?" inquired Candle, whom was growing curious of the pryomancer
"Ehh... not much me afraid. Never talked to her in fire she just set me on fire... but you hot stuff? Heh... well you look more fireproof than me so why don't you bloody ask her?" chortled the old fishman.
Candle leers at the finfolk as he bellows with laughter but perhaps he had the right idea of finding out more of this person themselves.
"Prehaps I will do just that." responded Candle in plain, making their way to the water's edge and wait for the girl and her row boat to return to the shore, leaving the old fish man to his business.
