Aedan rarely thought about himself, he always put others first, in the case of tonight he was putting a woman being mugged first, or rather the muggers. Knight Shade had been making nightly appearances throughout the city, what they said about him varied, but ultimately he felt like he was helping peoole
The woman had taken off as soon as the muggers' focus switched to him. There were four of them, and the were obviously untrained. They went down easily enough, the first rushed him with a knife, a quick blow to the side of the head sent him into the wall unconscious, the other three attacked at once, two of them with knives. They went down in a blur of blows.
He tied the four up, the police likely on their way. He zipped to a rooftop with his grapple gun, leaving the men to be collected by the authorities. He moved across the rooftops silently, the cool air moving around his suit, the mask hid his identify but kept vision clear. He stopped and took a breath of the cold air.
