"I was going to leave him anyway, it stings how we can never hold a conversation. I'd much rather have you, you can speak and everything."
Cam joked and laughed, and smiled when Kal kissed him. Cam happily kissed back, and afterwards grinned and chuckled.
"And you can do that."

Kal's suggestion made lit up Cam's face, and he nodded excitedly.
"That sounds awesome. But are you actually saying I need to hug a pillow? What's the use of a hot boyfriend when I can't snuggle him?"
Cam fake pouted, but he couldn't keep it up for long. Cam smiled bit goofily and wrapped his arms around Kal's neck and have him a hug. After that he sat up, finally freeing Kal's arm from under him, and pretended to roll up his sleeves.
"Let's get to it then. The faster we get to your place faster we can get lazy and I can try to talk you into braids."
Cam laughed a bit, and reached for his prosthetic.

In reality, Cam was very much aware of the possibility of meeting Lyrseir, and that made him feel like a nervous wreck. Outside Cam kept it together though, no use in panicking now, or yet.

Cam raised a brow at Kal and leaned over a bit to poke him om the stomach, snickering.
"Then be more specific. If you're the pillow then what's the mattress and blanket?"
Cam laughed and attached his prosthetic back, and also dug out a new hair tie and put his hair back on a ponytail.

Cam pushed himself up and swiftly put on his shoes and packed his own stuff, including the sushi that there was still a lot left. They could just put the rest in Kal's fridge.
Cam heaved the bag over his shoulder and turned to grin at Kal.
"There's snuggling and food waiting, so hell yes. Gimme my pickly steed."
Cam would go over to Kal and try to take the other board under his own arm. And if he succeeded in this Cam would take Kal's free hand in his and grin.
"I wanted to walk at least part of the way like this. Would you give me a hand?"
