DCA Reverse Want Ad

This is a bit of a weird one, because it's not a want ad: it's a reverse want ad. I'm making a character and I'm looking for places to put him. So, some details/facts:

• He's in his late teens or early 20s. Late highschool / early college years.
• He is non-human (with a set species that no one else is using).
• His personality is, at this point, relatively up in the air since I'm bouncing between two different ideas.
• He's (unless your idea has some other idea) a first generation islander, having been born there.
• He was frozen with the rest of the people from DCA.

So here's the deal: if you have a character/idea/plot this would fit with, let me know! Need a long lost boyfriend? Need an adoptive brother who got mysteriously unadopted? Hit me up and I'll see what I can do.
