Appearance Description: He stands at 6'2" weighing in around 236 lbs. His hair is a pale grey and cut short to keep it out of his way. He tends to favor blue jeans, dark colored tee-shirts, a black hoodie, and a pair of steel toed boots that look perfectly broken in yet well maintained.
Personality Description: He tends to be kind of a loner even though he would prefer to be in the company of others so long as they are not overly irritating. While generally apathetic towards the world he can be quite generous and caring of those who he has chosen to be close to. When upset he shuts down and walls himself off from everyone instead of letting them see him in pain. When aggravated or angry he will become very blunt about his views on the person(s) who set him off regardless of how close he is to them. In the end he just tries to keep a balance between his emotions and logical mind.
Species Abilities: Enhanced Physical Abilities - Strength (4x human), Speed (2x human), Stamina (3x human), and Reflexes (x2 human) are all heightened beyond what would be considered normal for a human. Nothing to the extreme and most of them require training to harness properly just like any other mortal being's physical abilities.
Powers:
1. Chrono-manipulation - the acceleration or deceleration of the passage of time. Range - Self or target(physical Contact). Max time Forward/Backwards - 15 minutes. The more time is distorted the more events change, only he is immune to the effects on memory for example when used on someone else they lose the memories of the time that was taken away or fast forwarded as their minds normally cannot process what happens during the time alteration. Times Per Day - 3-6 or a total of 1.5 hours of alterations in one day, if he pushes beyond that he will experience a mental backlash causing hi to have a sever migraine and effectively keeping him from being able to focus enough to use the power.
——Chrono-manipulation effects - Forward - While moving another person forward through time they are temporarily move outside the flow of time which cuts off their mind's link to the progress of events. While this can accelerate healing or damaging affects it is based on the individual's healing abilities or the damage done to by whatever harmful effect takes place. For example, if someone were to be burned by an acid when moved forward through time it would make the spread of the burn and damage done jump to what ever it would be for the amount of time jumped forward. Backwards - While moving another person backwards through time it essentially moves them backwards through their own timeline which can undo/heal damage that has been done to them. The problem is it also moves their mind backwards through time leaving them not knowing that time was altered on them as their mind will think it is what ever time was undone had not happened. Effectively erasing the memories that had formed in the time that has been rewound.
2. Temporal Immunity - even if other Chrono-mancers alter time he is unaffected by any memory rewrites that happen with the changes made. Instead he gains memories based on the new timeline along with the old timeline which he can view in his mind like a time line on a piece of paper seeing where it split off and where it would have lead and where it leads now.
Biography: While he grew up and went through most of his schooling among the mortal world he came to The Manta Carlos Islands for college as his powers were starting to get a little out of hand an were causing some issues for him. Since arriving at the islands two years ago he has kept to himself and kept most of his past to himself as well. What the faculty or government of the island knows is only because he felt full disclosure was warranted for the safety of others on the islands. He hasn't killed anyone or anything like that but he grew up knowing his father was a god and being bounced around foster homes due to his mother being placed in a mental ward by the state since she kept telling people who his father was. He didn't suffer any abuse outside of normal kid stuff at school, the reasoning for the multiple foster homes was because he wasn't the bright and cheery boy that people were expecting him to be.
