They chuckled a bit, "Yes. Yes we shall." Pan said with a smile as they followed Klaus into the house. They took a seat next to him as Eliana went about making coffee. The smell was incredible.
When Eliana brought out the coffee and mugs, Pan poured themselves a cup, added a dash of sugar and a decent amount of cream and then sat back to enjoy the much missed drink. Just smelling it was incredible but the taste was pure bliss.
While Pan felt very welcomed and was very much enjoying the company that Klaus and Eliana were giving them, they felt a bit strange for some reason. Maybe it was the spontaneous interview bit that threw them off or just being asked to share about themselves, since their own thoughts and experiences were rarely a topic of conversation that the demon spoke upon. Most of their life revolved around getting to know other people. However, looking at the two next to him, their eyes and ears open to them, they realized maybe it was time they finally opened themselves up as much as they opened up others.
"Well, I suppose it's best to just start at the beginning although I don't really know how it was I came into existence. I really can't remember much of my younger life. My earliest memories are working on a farm in Europe, near Wales I believe. I do suspect that my body was meant to belong to a human though as lust did not develop for me until the human age of puberty. However, my shapeshifting ability had always existed and had always been something I was aware of. Telepathy as well, although I didn't fully come to understand how to use it for quite some time and it still feels like I have more to learn about my true potential. Most of my life was spent moving from place to place. Once I discovered lust, I just couldn't get enough. I had to find new places with new people. I felt the need to find every wonderful person on the planet." They shook their head, chuckling a bit, "Of course, the world is a bit too big and me a bit too small for that."
"Anyways, I guess the most important part of my story is how I found my way here. Unfortunately, it isn't a good story and it's still something I...I haven't really come to terms with yet." They paused, their eyes moving to direct contact with Eliana. They had shared a good bit of their tale with her already and they felt that looking at her might make sharing with Klaus a bit easier. "I got comfortable in New York City about twenty years go. So, comfortable and happy I didn't want to leave. I got careless and I got caught. Taken to god knows where. They thought I was a possessed human and they tried to 'free me from my demon'. Luckily, they were not the most skilled at what they were attempting but after nine years I couldn't keep up the facade. They figured out that I was a demon myself and I was transferred to a different facility. I met another demon child there and together we escaped. Upon our escape, there was a man on a boat waiting for us. He brought us here and..well, that was about two weeks ago."
Pan's story seemed to stop a bit abruptly but they suddenly found themselves very unsure of what to say next. Their gaze pulled away from Eliana, stopping for a moment on Klaus before moving to the cup in their hands, taking another sip.
