She seemed really formal, but Jackal wasn't the kind of guy who'd stick his nose in and ask too many questions. The thought of sticking around to meet Belladonna's mother didn't occur to him, and he waved her off almost immediately, eyes continually darting back up to the snitch as it fluttered around.
"I'm going to head out - I'll have to drop this off at home," Jackal said, gesturing to the toy. "Thanks though, and hopefully you have some fun holidays and all that."
Jackal was perfectly satisfied with the interaction, and with a brief wave, he headed off to ensure the switch was safely put away.
