Chloe's Free Real Estate from Hell

Chloe has a very small domain in a remote part of hell - a space about as large as a small bedroom, which always seems well-lit despite the lack of a discernible light source. Anyone who enters this space gains an open telepathic connection to Chloe's mind as long as they stay in it; they are able to hear her surface thoughts, and with concentration can sift through her deeper thoughts and memories. If that person dives too recklessly into her mind or makes any noise in her pocket dimension, she will notice their presence and can make this connection work both ways.

Chloe's inner sanctum is normally inaccessible from any other part of hell. If she ever tries to access other parts of hell from within her domain, this will change irreversibly. Beyond these unlikely scenarios, travel to and from her domain can work in one of three ways.

• Given a few seconds of concentration, Chloe can teleport herself and any clothing/small objects she is carrying into this space.
• People can open portals to her domain. These portals must be prepared ahead of time - Chloe must draw a sigil using a special ink mixed with her own blood and perform other rituals that take about an hour to complete. Once the sigil is prepared, she may open a portal by touching the sigil and saying a passphrase unique to that portal. Anyone else can open these portals too, replacing her touch with the touch of a cloth stained with her blood and uttering the same passphrase. Speaking the passphrase from within her domain will open the portal from the other side. The portal will be as large as the sigil it corresponds to. If a portal would close while something lies across its threshold, that thing will be forced onto one side of the portal or the other.
• Given 6-12 hours to focus in her domain, Chloe can open a single-use portal to some other place she is familiar with.
