Hey Alice! The forum is just called 'character applications'. If you haven't, check out the starterguide (linked at the top under guidebook) for more details.
However, I should note that this isn't a School of Good and Evil forum, so you can't play a character from that setting here. You'd have to make them fit the existing setting, and not use anything from that fandom.
